Great stop, very friendly staff.

The hotel served it's purpose well for our visit. Both the shower and toilet need to be repaired cause the both continue to run after use

Breakfast was fine, the staff for the most part were courteous and tried to help. They did not fulfill our request and the person checking us in said that requests from third party bookings did not even show up unless they looked for the request. The room was ice cold and the person at the desk did noy know how to change the temperature on the thermostat. They called someone and we eventually figured it out. The shower was not functioning in our first room and in the morning we told the person at the front desk and he asked us if we wanted to take a shower in another room. We changed rooms and fortunately the toilet in that room did not stop working until the next morning when apparently the fill valve broke and would not refill the toilet tank. The place needs some serious work.

The staff were super nice and friendly.

The staff we absolutely incredible. From the check-in process, a plumbing issue, and check-out, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and solution-oriented. The rooms were both comfortable with a nice big cozy bed (not too firm and not too soft), and a nice sitting area. The rooms felt spacious and the coffee bar and mini-fridge were wonderful to have in the room! The breakfast bar had a nice assortment of items to choose from, too! The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion which were a big bonus for us since we were traveling light and had not packed those items. There was an unfortunate issue with the toilet in the room the night we arrived that worsened the following morning. Staff were prompt to help us with the situation and offered to switch us to a different room immediately. We appreciated the opportunity to be moved to a room with better functioning plumbing so quickly at no charge to us. Also, that morning in the breakfast area, Fox News was playing on the TV and some people were getting vocally riled up over some of the content and clearly making other folks in the room uncomfortable - maybe have a more neutral channel on, or just keep the TV off in that area? If people want to watch TV, they can watch it in their rooms... Also, carpet in the rooms and along the hallways had many, obvious dark stains and could use either a good deep cleaning or complete replacement.

The breakfast was decent but there times that there was no coffee or the waffle mix was gone. The light above our door was out. It would be nice if linens were kept in the rooms with pull put couches. The key cards are a joke. I literally had to go each day, sometimes multiple times a day to have my key card reactivated.

The breakfast was small in selection but very good. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was great near restaurants and gas stations easy access to things we need it. When we arrive and checked in, the toilets were stopped up. When the housekeeping came in to change. They left the dirty sheets on the bed and did not replace them with clean ones.

Good food and coffee.

It smells like mold or mildew.

Everything was expected for this price range. We had a room next to the elevator and I was afraid we will be woken up several times during the night, but the people on our floor were quiet, so all was well. No surprises, which is a good thing!

Clean room, great staff, great place to save and stay right out side of Knoxville.

What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. My son splashed water on the bathroom floor, and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came away brown/gray and picked up pubic hair that clearly had not been cleaned. His stuffed animal also picked up pubic hair from the carpet and transferred it to the bedspread. Additionally, there were two phones in the room that appeared as though they had never been wiped down or sanitized. One of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay is a clean room. That is not an unreasonable request, yet this property failed to meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and quality control.

Great location to down town and gardens.

The hotel needs some work. The calking in the tub was terrible. The place was clean. the breakfast was small, but OK. Staff was not friendly, they were accommodating, could have been nicer.

Breakfast was awesome.
