Rooms were clean and maintained well

The staff were friendly, that’s why I’m giving 2 starts instead of 1. This hotel was dirty. I understand the concept of “you get what you pay for” but this was crazy. Also, we didn’t get real pillows, they were square throw pillows with a regular pillow case on it, one per person. There were not fitted sheets either, just flat sheets separating us from the mystery stain on the mattress (see attached picture). The carpets were dirty and stained, and the bathroom had seen better days. We needed a place to rest our heads to it served that purpose, but we were not comfortable by any means.

Rooms were clean breakfast was very good staff was very helpful and pleasant

Rooms smell of mildew, very wet feeling. Carpets dirty and sticky. Nothing around the hotel but gas stations. Never will stay again.

We stay here every year, this year we got a smaller room and to be honest we liked this year's room even more than the room we usually get. It's was 5 star service for the right price and only 35 minutes from downtown pigeon Forge.

BED BUGS BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. After the first night, I woke up with strange bites on my fingers, but I didn’t think anything of it. When I got back to the hotel later that day, I was bitten a few more times across my legs and finally tore off the sheets to check. That’s when I found a sole bedbug skittering across the comforter. I immediately informed the front desk and left the property. I wasn’t charged for my second night there, but Laura, the manager of the location insists that they don’t do refunds for bedbugs. So not only did I pay nearly $100 to get bitten by bugs, I also have to be extremely careful with my luggage and get proper medicine to treat the swollen bites.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, in the past I have stayed at Best Westerns without a problem, this one looked like a miter 6 or worse. when I got into my room it smelled like mildew or musty which really affected me, it was a handicap room, after I complained they said that’s all they had with a king bed. the TV was not working so I called the front desk and they proceeded to tell me I needed to unplug the 2 cables behind the dresser from the wall. This happened every night moving heavy furniture to unplug the tv. They never offered to fix the problem. The last night the AC did not work now it’s hot and musty. When I checked out I complained to the desk clerk who just rolled her eyes and said well Expedia is the one who gave you a handicap room. No apologies no nothing. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. Beware of this horrible hotel!!

Breakfast was nice. Location was good. Hotel is a little old but good for what we needed it for.

The night clerk needs to work on his people skills. The tv/ dish wasn’t working. Everything else was great.
-
Location was good. Nice indoor pool. Renovated lobby and hallways were nice. The room was very humid and musty smelling.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was good, only wish there was yogurt or boiled eggs available. The jacuzzi and pool were very nice as well. How to get towels or trash emptied when staying multiple days. I think there was a slight communication about that. But when asking a staff member I was given the explanation wonderfully. So it's not that I didn't like it, I just wish it would have been explained upon checking in.
