Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites

Room was advertised with a hot tub. It had a Jacuzzi which is not the same thing. I wanted to stay an extra night and the clerk told me I had to do it on line not in person.

This property is right off the I-40 Interstate freeway and was close to fast food choices including Wendy's, Cracker Barrel, Kentucky Fried chicken and a Mexican restaurant. The hotel has a buffet breakfast for a light breakfast start but we didn't like the vending style coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The King Bed was a bit rough but it worked for the two days. Plenty of parking spaces including handicap parking in the front of the property.

Clean

Exceptional

It was a great stay for the weekend! Clean and very helpful!

Place smelled of damp. Very run down. Fine for sleeping in and decent location.

Comfortable room. Generous free breakfast and coffee 24/7!

Good

Convenient location. Evening staff was super nice. It’s a no smoking property but our room smells of smoke really strong. Woke up with a headache. We told the morning desk about obvious previous smoke in the room and felt like I wasted my breath.

The rooms where very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lot of options for breakfast

They got a deposit after I already paid for it and never got it back will never use them again

Remodeling.. gets better every time I stay.

The room was damp, clammy, smelled like chemical cleaner. Pulled back the sheet, the mattress cover to see an old urine stain.the sheets were clean along with the cover. Asked staff immediately to check about another room that might not have the smell and damp rug.. no option to switch. Again, friendly staff just uncomfortable room and felt gross being in it.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Eggs and sausage or bacon every day, biscuits and gravy, waffle station, instant oatmeal, and cold cereal. Indoor pool was a bit chilly. Hot tub was nice after a long day.

The receptionist was very helpful giving us restaurant recommendations. The Mexican "Cantina" that we walked to had excellent food. We enjoyed the hot tub. We thought the breakfast was exceptional.

Wee had a nice stay, breakfast was good. Thanks

there is plenty of parking. the room was clean.

Room smelt like smoke

Lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great family room and space!
