The rooms were clean, the pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool. The staff was helpful, our microwave wasn’t working and the issue was resolved in less than 3 minutes.

Great place! Stayed 1 night in our travels.

My room was clean. Housekeeping is definitely 10/10. Staff wasn't as friendly as we are used to. Not a lot of smiling faces except for the housekeepers we seen. Breakfast wasn't much of a choice. They fixed the same thing 2 days in a row. It's definitely outdated compared to other LaQuintas we've stayed at. Definitely needs maintenance. The A/C even on the lowest setting didn't work so it was hot and even hotter in a heatwave. The paint was peeling off the walls, the ceiling was bowing in above the toilet and was starting to crack. The pool area was clean. Overall I'd rater it a 5/10 all together. Definitely could use some updates.

The hotel was clean and adequately supplied with everything we needed. There were some air conditioning problems with one of the rooms in our party. We reported it to the front desk, and a different room was provided without any problems. Our room was completely refreshed each day with clean bed linens towels etc. The hotel has a very good breakfast each morning with a good selection of hot breakfast foods, muffins, bagels, waffles and several cereals to choose from. The only problem we experienced was our in-room coffee maker didn't work.

The location is just awful. In the middle of an industrial park.

The coffee was good I was over charged. Told I couldn’t have a copy of my receipt so I had to take a picture. Got locked INSIDE my room, my sister had to pull the door open from the outside to get me out. Was told there were no maintenance people on for the weekend. Staff at front desk were not very nice. One staffer told another that I had checked out on my first night and I didn’t. So my room was locked.

Not a pleasant stay. We are not able to sleep
