La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville East

I did not like anything about it. Paid almost 500 for 2 nights in a roach infested hotel. Not clean. Woke up to pee and seen roaches scatter. I was literally so horrified I couldn’t sleep.

We didn't eat the breakfast but the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The location was great! The only thing I can say negative doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel. We had issues with people being rude and loud in the late hours and sounding like a party going on in the hall. Some people don't think of others anymore!

This is an old hotel that had been updated. The guy who checked us in was super rude and we had to change rooms immediately because the first on smelled really bad. The second room also smelled mildewed but not as bad. Not the best La Quinta experience we’ve had…beware.

There was a smell in our room. It might have been the air conditioning. I am not sure, but it was a little funky. There was a noise that kept going off and on all night long. We were not near the elevator. I guess it could have been from the air conditioning unit in the next room, but it was really loud and kept me up most the night. Then the next morning I called the front desk because our room was missing the hair dryer. At first ai was told house keeping would be in at 8am and they would let him know. We were leaving st 8am. Thankfully, the front desk person figured it out and brought me one.

It was a great stay and close to everything. Happy with the room and the breakfast buffet that was included. I’d like to give a big thanks to Cleveland at the front desk. He was soo helpful! Thank you!

Room was clean. Few area could be updated but all in all the space was clean and the bed was comfy!
