Was hard to get to from the parkway.

The hotel itself is good. One thing I suggest they upgrade is the bedding. Our beds were a bit worn out. New mattresses would be a plus. This is not a deal breaker at all. We had a great stay and we will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

My only complaint was the parking. It seems they have 1 parking space for each room. However, when there are large box trucks, pickup's with trailers that take up more than one spot, parking was at a premium. On any given night there were at least 2-3 box trucks, and 1 or 2 pick ups with trailers. I heard one person say they had to park at the neighboring hotel and walk to this one.

Breakfast was eh. Room was dirty. Parking was terrible. Not enough for everyone staying. Staff was nice and super helpful. Sofa bed was flat as a pancake. But double queen room was very spacious. It was an event weekend but it was expensive for what it was.

The pool was green and unusable. The phone in the room had no face on it and when we asked the staff for a new one we were told they didn’t have anymore. The room itself was very beat up but the sheets appeared clean. We had to use a hair clip to keep the cuticles because they were broken. Very disappointed especially since we had to stay there two nights. We definitely will not stay there again. They should give us all or part of our money back.

The first room the desk put us in had a foul odor. It was necessary to ask for another room. The second room was better and clean. Overall, it was a comfortable.

Lots of variety at breakfast! Very friendly and helpful front desk employees. I like when mattresses have zipper bed bug covers. It just gives me peace of mind. The curtain was dingy where people have pulled it closed without using the rod.

No phone in room wasn't working. Was promised the same evening that someone will be in on the next morning to fix the phone line.Needless to say that didn't happened..Never was able to receive wakeup call from front desk.

Close to the interstate Too far away from pigeon forge, but that isn’t really a problem

Decent, clean room, comfy bed, free parking, wonderful Continental breakfast. Excellent coffee selections. Older hotel but very good. The pool was okay looking but we did not get in.

Location is great easy to find. You gotta drive a bit to get to certain places but still well worth it. We enjoyed it. The front staff, a male, he is super super nice and sweet. He went above and beyond for us!!! We enjoyed him!!! So so nice!!!! Sweet, kind, gental, he would talk, anything we needed he would help us!!!! Super nice!!!! The room had a little funky smell we think it was the ac unit, so maybe clean them up a bit. Put a good smell air freshener in there.

My husband and I stayed her as a last minute rest stop between travel with our infant daughter. The rooms are large and comfortable. My 3 month old slept through the night. No complaints this is a great spot for the price.

"Next door, are outside entrance to rooms." Appreciate handicap accessible room on the 5th floor. Delicious breakfast. DELICIOUS 24 HR COFFEE!

Rooms and property were quiet. Pool--looked like it had a film on it. Dont think would have used it. Everything else was great. Staff very personable and helpful if needed.
