Great location

This hotel is mediocre. It needs maintenance and more cleaning but I wouldn’t say it was bad. Just meh.

Staff was kind and helpful but not enough staff at check-in.

Cleans rooms, convenient location, always our choice when passing through this area

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a coffee/ latte/hot chocolate machine in the lobby that was available 24 hrs. My wife and nephew loved that. The pool hrs are great, except we only got to enjoy it once because they decided to paint. Hotel was clean and easy to get to. The fact that they decided to paint the pool room floor and we couldn't enjoy it.

We have stayed before and had a great experience but this time around we got in very late. When we got to our room there was a terrible leak and cracking walls/ceiling above one of our beds. I took pictures of everything to show the front desk in the morning because we were too tired from our travels to switch rooms and mess with all of that. There was also splattered paint on the couch and crumbs all over the floor. When I told the staff in the morning he just wrote it on a piece of paper and said he would tell his manager, I never heard anything more about it but I was definitely not happy with the quality of our room.

Clean and the breakfast was good. Just wish they had turkey products because everyone doesn't eat pork sausages

We spent the weekend in Sevierville for our anniversary. We had a great stay and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The two employees we interacted with during the stay were kind. There was hair all over the bath tub. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bed that made the room smell awful. The bed was so close to the ac that it could not properly run and the room was very stuffy. Also I left with bug bites. We checked in at 8pm went to town and then got back to room at 11:30pm checking out at 1am after trying to give the room time to cool down. The owner decided because they charged our card at 3pm due to filling up that we only deserved 1 nights refund after paying for 2 nights. I had 2 kids trying to make the best of the situation until they begged to leave.

it had a very good rating, but I'm not sure I would give it that, more like a good. Bathroom wall paper peeling, AC or fan, not sure which did not work properly, which made for a bit of warm sleeping. It was just ok

There were a lot of little things wrong with this hotel room and stay. The tub would not drain well. The outlets at the desk didn't all work so my computer and other equipment that I was counting on being charged didn't charge overnight. We made a cup of coffee in the in-room coffee pot and it came out as room temperature brown water. Also, the entrance to the hotel has a lip that prevents the metal luggage carts from easily going in and out to vehicles wanting to unload and is a tripping hazard. I noticed that the shower curtain rod had been pulled down and put back up but it wasn't done in a tasteful manner. You could still tell easily about the damage.

Very quiet and easy to get on and off the interstate. The pillows were very hard and lumpy.

Big room The smell of the rooms were awful smelling like mold and backed up toilets

Room was pretty decent with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Second bed was located a little too close to the air conditioner.

Bath tub was super dirty had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my self, sheets were stinky. We found cockroaches in the room.
