The only thing I liked was the location and the kind staff.. the lack of bugs was also a plus Everything seemed dirty. The pillows and sheets had stains, the shower curtain had mold, and it overall just smelt rough. It was so bad my 9 year old sister refused to use the pillows and blankets provided luckily we brought our own. The only reason I continued my stay was because refunds weren't an option. (Unfortunately I didnt think to take pictures)

It was a bad place. People live in the motel and the place is dirty. Went into the office to check in. She took to the room to show me it. It didn’t look bad at first. It was out dated. But it would work. Paid for the room. Went to the room to relax. Then bugs started crawling out. The staff didn’t tell me they had roaches. Went back to the office to tell them and check out. She said that they was sorry and they just had an exterminator in there. But failed to tell me before check in. The place looks nothing like it does on this booking app. I am going to quit using this app if this is what it is going to be like. This place would get a negative rating if I could give one.

Service was amazing, room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable. Location had a bit of road noise, which was able to mostly block out with climate control. Rooms are a bit dated, but maintained. Not many plugs in room.

The bed had multiple human hairs in it when I turned down the bed. I could not stay there and checked out.

nothing that they allow you to book a room but yet when you show up their office is closed and they wouldn’t answer the on call number.

Easily accessible to interstate and few restaurants nearby. Staff was awesome. Our room key didn't work first night, they helped us get in our room, fixed the door the next day. Our toilet quit working during the night, they fixed next day while we were out. We got extra towels, pillows and blankets with no problem. Charged my card even though was supposed to pay at property in the agreement when I booked, caused me some serious problems. Sounded like doing construction in room above us both nights, so we didn't get much sleep at all. Rooms were also rented on weekly and longer term basis. False advertising in pictures, not same as seen on website for some of them. Cobwebs and dead bugs on walls. Air conditioner would not stay on, only fan. No good water pressure at all. Parking was a problem as lot was almost always full with long term tenants. Very disappointed as parents stayed before and enjoyed their stay. New owners now...

The room was dramatically lower in cost in comparison to other rooms of a similar quality in the area.

Friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. If you want to be close to everything yet away from all the noise and traffic this is the place for you. They are doing a great job updating the hotel. and they welcome your dogs! We would definitely stay here again.

The price. It was cheap and affordable. The location wasn't bad either. The fact that we couldn't use the pool because it looked like homeless people were sitting around it. The carpet felt nasty and sticky when we walked on it.

Staff was very friendly. Stay was close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again.
