Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Sevierville Kodak

I have nothing particular to share. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I would stay there again.

The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was great and with hot water and plenty of water pressure. The only complaint we had was breakfast. Everything had run out by 8:30 and breakfast was supposed to run until 9am.

Close to many tourist spot but one must drive to it. Convenient/easy access to the freeway.

Comfortable. Good breakfast with good options. Restaurants walking distance. The elevator floor was very dirty and the refrigerator had something spilled in it. Otherwise we thought it was great.

The breakfast was very good. I like that they changed the hot items daily. Great packaged breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The location was a little away from the busy areas but close enough to drive to destinations we wanted. Very safe area and free parking. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool. The staff were fantastic and immediately brought to our door things we needed. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely be returning here. Can't think of anything that could be better. Everything was great for us.

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom. Plugs by bed didn't work. The air conditioning was either too cold (63 degrees) or too hot.

Pool was closed. That should have been communicated at booking. We booked there and came early Saturday afternoon so the kids could swim.

Can't think of anything. Horrible pillows. Very small suite room. Beds were extremely soft and worn out. Out of everything including coffee at breakfast. Trash cans in dining area overflowing. Only one person filling food and covering dining area. Pools was out of service. This is the reason I typically avoid Marriott hotels.

Ease of location and clean.

Location There was a dirty towel left under my sink from I’m assuming the previous guest. Breakfast selection was not like previous Fairfield’s I have stayed in. The pool chlorine was SOO high my eyes burned

This is a well placed hotel with EV charging right next door, as well as food options within walking distance or a Cracker Barrel right across the main strip. The hotel was clean and the room with separate area with tv and couch was nice to have as a better option than paying for a second room.

The only vending is at the snack shop by the front desk. The vending is very limited and does not offer water. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. Other reviews that said it was good and I'm happy they got that experience. We did not. There was no meat option available and the eggs were soupy and cold. Inedible without microwaving, had to drain all the liquid off and they were gross even when heated. They did offer cheese and salsa to cover the flavor though and that was nice! They do offer hot oatmeal, cold cereals, a waffle making station, boiled eggs and plenty of toppings. We are not vegetarians so we had to go purchase breakfast elsewhere. You are mainly paying for the location at this hotel. It is not bad but for the money I will stay elsewhere next time.

Not enough electric plugs

The location was great for us coming into the mountains at midnight Our bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was so hot and it got hotter if you put it on cold. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. At breakfast they ran out of eggs a half an hour after opening up. We waited for over an hour for eggs and still did not get any.

Lovation Staff was rude and not helpful with anything went to another hotel
