Hampton usually doesn't disappoint this one is no different. Comfy and safe.

We just stopped 😭 n for a night while passing through. Room was very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. I'd stay there again.

409 had bed begs my son and his girlfriend got bitten and Jessie at front desk didn’t call or let me k ow what’s going on . I had to call myself and contact Tennessee health department and the brand Jessie doesn’t seems to care about nothing but getting the hotel inspected didn’t inform me or anything

The check-in clerk was excellent and made a great first impression. She was friendly and efficient. She got the person in front of us checked in quickly while being super friendly and then did the same for us. She asked if we had any room location preference. She told us about breakfast and where the elevator was and we were in our way. The room was newly renovated and nice. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was good. I’ve noticed that hotels in the Hilton chain that I’ve stayed at seem to have the same breakfast items but that is good. There is something for everyone. It was hot and tasty. We have stayed here before and always liked it but this time was better. Between the renovated room and the excellent check in, things have gotten better here.

Smelly fouling elevators. Ice matching wasn’t working. Room wooden floor was sticky, very irritating. Hope I can get refund of our stay.

They are currently remodeling so dinning room has limited space and walls not all painted but was wonderful regardless. The best part is away from the main drag and not crowded with traffic.

When we arrived to check in the staff was very friendly and helpful to get our room and tell us where breakfast was served.The room was very clean and everything we needed was there. The breakfast was great ! Huge variety of cooked and prepared food / fruit. Definitely will stay there again!
