Quality Inn Kodak Sevierville

We checked in, got to the room and it smelled like smoke but we dealt with it. Woke up at 6am with a cockroach under my covers, walking across my back. Took pictures of it.. showed staff and it was like it was just a roach.. no management there to too. Will be emailing corporate.

It's a little older hotel with outside entrances, not a single web to be found walking down the sidewalks. The grounds had a fire pit and lawn games, with lots of space to play. We had a great breakfast before leaving. This also has a 2nd hotel on the property called the Motorcylce Inn. We also hear raves from those customers. (super cool rooms with Motorcycles displayed in the rooms) We will be coming back on our future trips it that area!

We had a clean room and easy check-in. Breakfast was good. Wish the bacon was a little warmer, but that would be my only criticism. Thank you for letting us stay.

This place is absolutely amazing might be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to and the staff was awesome so friendly and helpful we normally stay in pigeon forge 6-7 times a year but my brother was having surgery in Knoxville and we wanted to stay close to interstate I would 100% go out of my way to stay at this place again absolutely loved it

somehow date got changed when I book it an didn't know until I got there had to go in an cancel it but had a hard time finding how to do it took about an hour plus had problems with wifi

I like nice small details around de room. And really enjoy the breakfast.

The ape conditioning did not keep the room as comfortable as I would have liked. But everything else was very good.

Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Several amenities available in your room for you. Nice breakfast!

There is so much to like about this property which is why we booked it for this trip after our experience in March. However, this time the room felt very damp and had a musty odor. During our two night

Just not the best communication the food gave me food poisoning and I left my ear buds and they didn’t call me for over a week. Downstairs area was not as clean as I thought but again new to me

The room was clean with extra touches that we appreciated. But, the bedding did not fit well, and the sheets kept sliding off the mattress. And though it's a no smoking facility, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
