Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Did not get the room I booked and was put in an old, dirty room with no AC. Valet parking is required by the hotel but they ran out of spots—we were left with no parking. Construction is going on every day, making movement around the hotel challenging (lots of stairs.) I was moved to another “renovated” room but it was smaller than the room I booked but was charged the same price as my initial reservation cost. In this room, there were no window coverings, the shower didn’t drain. Until the construction is complete, stay somewhere else.

Property is under construction. It was beautiful and I can’t wait to return when it’s completed! Great location!!
-
Had a wonderful view of ocean and room was great. Lot of renovations going on an access to pool and elevators single elevatorsa challenge. When those projects are completed it will be 5 stars for everything
-
Great location. Was during construction, so it was dusty and noisy! But everything worked out!
-
The room was not throughly cleaned. I noticed toothpaste in one of the sinks & no soap.
-
No elevator and you need to carry all your luggage by hand from car(no trolley, no elevator, only staircase)

Very kind. Very clean. Great location.

Great Hotel. The room was very clean with a beachy vibe. A nice patio with a perfect view of the ocean.

Wish I knew the hotel was under construction because it was noisy in the morning while trying to enjoy the views but honestly, didn’t matter. Had a great time. Great hotel, hotel, great location and valet was reasonable. Would come back.

Woulda been 5 star…more so for location. Elevators suuuuuck. (But u can take the stairs if no physical limitations) Construction is for real going on, so u will be woken up early. No self parking on-site. Valet is $45, but don’t let them pressure u to valet…we lucked out finding street parking. 3-hr limit from 8-6, but u can park in front after 6pm over night. Then just move by 11am! I sure hope I’m getting my prepaid valet parking fee back! View from room was amazing tho…hopefully renovations are done soon!!

I wish there were wash clothes in the bathroom; it was just towels; bathroom was nice though. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious; having the full kitchen was a nice feature. The ocean view was amazing with the balcony. The staff was so nice and helpful.

It wasn’t terrible, but then again nothing about it was good

Room was beautiful and views of the ocean/beach were amazing. Pool was nice, but difficult to get to due to construction. Not a big deal for us, but would be for someone with mobility issues. Important note: they don't come clean your room during your stay unless you request it. Also, the coffee shop in the lobby is great!

I read all the reviews and it kinda freaked me out to be honest but our stay was perfect. Perhaps there is no construction on the weekend thankfully because everything was peaceful and quiet. There was even a wedding reception held on the night we stayed and we were on the same floor as the event (6th fl) and did not hear any music or noise that bothered us. The room was perfect, had everything we needed. The attached coffee shop was great and the valet service was quick. Exactly what we needed for a nice getaway!

The entire hotel is under construction, so it’s difficult to understand what what’s done and what’s still under development. There are no elevators to get to our room. Our room was extremely tiny and filled with ants seems like and it looks like the room is built over a long three day weekend. Valet situation is extremely hectic the team there takes spot 30 minutes to get your card in and another 45 minutes to get your car out and they’re moving with no urgency.

The noise was loud starting at 7am, fortunately I had a blue tooth speaker with mega bass and turned on brown noise and it covered most of it. And the valet was annoying, much rather just have an onsite lot. But the valet people were on time, and good. anyways beautiful location, beautiful view pricey, but if you have the money, it's worth it, it's a good value

Firstly, the Expedia site states that the property offers a free continental breakfast on the rooftop with ocean views. Unfortunately, this is not the case; the hotel does not provide breakfast at all, which was frustrating to discover on our first morning. I believe this information should be updated, as it can be quite misleading. Additionally, I found no indication that valet parking is mandatory, with a steep fee of $45 per day. We were under the impression that the total price listed on Expedia included all fees, but this was not accurate. It would also be beneficial if the hotel had a sundries room or vending machines for essential items such as toiletries, ibuprofen, and snacks. The amenities were limited to a small “library” and a pool and hot tub located a half block away, which was not as convenient as expected. Moreover, the listing mentions fully equipped kitchenettes, but in reality, the rooms only feature a coffee maker and a mini fridge, which is misleading. The only highlight of our stay was the beautiful ocean view from our room, which is the sole reason I am giving this hotel three stars.

Sadly, this hotel was much overpriced for both the level of the room, and the service. It was deeply disappointing on most fronts.

Friendly staff, amazing views!
