Staff was great

Staff very friendly and helpful, quick to respond when asked for more towels. Hotel is in process of being remodeled. Clean rooms but noticeably had recently been flooded or major water damage to carpet. Humidifier and air freshener in room did help with slight odor. This was never mentioned to front desk but in hindsight should have asked for another room. Breakfast was average. Would consider booking again.

Rooms were clean and they offered a pretty good breakfast.

It’s good for a night stay. There’s an unpleasant smell that lingers.

This place is a dump. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in it staff very unfriendly AC not working room smelled like mold. Just a horrible experience could not even stay had to book somewhere else the same night.

Good clean property. Alls well except some of the help doesn’t speak English. Hmmmm.

The bed was very comfortable. The smell has a musty damp smell in it.

Lot of construction, try to check in a hr early to attend a funeral they charge me $25.00, I am a repeat customer.

I had a negative experience when I arrived at the hotel. My room key card did not work initially, and I had to go back downstairs to have it reactivated. The staff did not acknowledge the inconvenience or provide any information about breakfast timing. Overall, the poor customer service left me feeling unwelcome and I would not recommend this hotel.(Business trip only stayed one night )

Stayed there because late check out was 1. However

Room smelled like urine they had a fan blowing to dry the carpet. Staff was helpful and moved us to another room

When you walk in the front doors it was nice and clean. Got to the room on the 4th floor and the room smelled terrible.

Beakfest was nice but could have served stuff like danishes. The bed was hard like a rock and my back hurt for hours after my stay.

Arrived to a receptionist, Kimberly, who didn’t great us. Checked in, showered, and a terrible gas smell was smelt throughout the building. The receptionist, walked up and didn’t know what to do. A guest had to call the fire department. We packed our bags to check out and the receptionist told me that I couldn’t get a refund since I booked via hotels.com. The manager then said to call hotels.com and what happened, hotels.com called the hotel and the manager said we could not be refunded. Who in the right mind would stay in a hotel with a gas leak….horrible! Spend more money and stay a better quality hotel.

didn't use it The carpet by the AC was wet. I don't know if it was from the unit or the carpet cleaning. They did move us to another room.
