Indoor pool was freezing cold unable to get in. Our room smelled of mold and smoke, had pealing paint/wallpaper. Rust in tub. Moved to another room carpet in hall smelled like wet dog. Furniture was very worn heeds updating.
-
Rooms smelled musky and damp. Was noisy in room as walls were thin.
-
Smell a lot of humidity and the tub had black stains
-
The rooms are outdated. The hotel is outdated, but it was very clean. The breakfast options were poor.
-
It was clean, the staff were really nice, parking was good and it was quiet. I think the hotel is dated and could use some updates. There were places in the bathtub that the finish was gone and it had rust spots.

Breakfast needs a little more thought put into it

The lady at the desk said they opted not to fix it even it messed up. So that should not be advertised and they should update photos. We were put on the 3rd floor which is fine when we got off the elevator the entire floor smelled like sewer. We got into our room and our room smelled horrible as well like a mildew/wet smell. The room was advertised as 2 queens, it was 2 double beds, hard as rock and the blankets were like curtains Breakfast was 6-9 which I hate when we have to get up early on vacation to rush to get breakfast😞.. but Breakfast consisted of waffles, 2 choices of cereal, yogurt and bread, there was 2 mini muffins but the Breakfast area was never checked on and nothing was refilled. I hate to complain like this but ppl should know what they are walking into instead of paying for something and getting nothing they expected like i did. I would not recommend this hotel, and will not be staying here again

The bedroom was clean. The bathroom could use a little touch up paint

It was ok place to go stay for a night

Quick staff response to smells in room from ac & moisture. Great breakfast! This location is very close to a Walmart if you’re on way to a cruise at Galveston port & need last minute items. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean room. Good staff.

Had a wonderful time here. Very, clean and conformable room with excellent a/c, tv, very comfy beds. Will stay here again when staying in Texas City. Very satisfied with the stay.

Breakfast could have been better. would have preferred a hot breakfast
-
For the price, the room was adequate. If I had been staying more than one night I wouldn't have wanted to stay there. Mainly because the room had an odd musty smell. The bed was comfortable and the room appeared clean. The breakfast was okay enough. A waffle, yogurt, or toast. Parking was good, the staff was very friendly, and the location was good for our purposes.
-
Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy and quick to do a load of laundry.
-
That the room was on the bottom floor and its close to everything. the room had a musty when going into the room.
