We were pleased with the size of the room for our large family, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a smell in the room that was very unpleasant. Our room never got tidied, trash removed or clean towels given, and I'm pretty sure there was mold in the shower.

I didn't get my full deposit back because I was erroneously charged for a water and energy drink. I called 2 days ago to dispute the charge and I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager.

The room was comfortable. Our door was stuck, so it was difficult to get into my room. When cleaned, the cleaners did not stock coffee or toiletries. Breakfast bar could use an upgrade, but the coffee was great.

I loved that the pool and spa were open until 10pm. Also, it is right down the road from Walmart, Target, Olive Garden, and a lot of other shopping centers (10 minute straight drive). The bed room was very spacious. Good size mini fridge and a good size microwave. There is a fitness room too. The staff is so friendly and always available to provide support. The morning staff in the kitchen are the nicest people and we’re great to my kids. The cleaning staff are amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. While we were there a few homeless people were allowed to come in with their belongings and sleep on the couch in the lobby. It wouldn’t have been a problem except the lobby is the only entrance to the building so my kids and I walked through where they were sleeping (both nights, 2 different people) however this definitely speaks to the kind hearted people who are working at this facility.

Room was so over fragranced it was unbearable. The odor was so strong it absorbed into our clothes. Found a whole house are freshener pad inside the air conditioner fan. Even after I removed it, the room was too far gone to recover. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor stuffed into a tiny toom which barely hold 10-12 people. Avoid it.

Everything Nothing

Nice hotel but stay on the top floor we had a family above us that used the room as a playground. We could not sleep, had to call the front desk to ask for some quiet. 2am in the morning before they settled down.

The hotel had big rooms, free breakfast, and free parking. The gentleman that worked the afternoon and evenings at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast had a lot of variety and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was available and included in the room booking. The hotel is near the highway and offered easy access to multiple routes. The hotel accommodations were dated and needs some upgrading.

We've stayed here numerous times and have found it to be a pleasant stay.
