All areas were great

Loved our stay overall.

Everything was nice and renovated. The only issue I had is that the rugs are really smelly and needs to be replaced. In addition, there were few times in the evening that I had to call the front desk for few inquiries but there was no answer. Other than that the sraff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was really nice as well.

Served my needs and I will be back.

Breakfast was great, the kids really enjoyed it. The big miss was the mildew smell in our room or hallway. It smelled like mildew. I tried to change rooms and was offered a downgrade due to being out of the same room type. I was offered a deep clean of the room which I took and it helped, but a day later, the smell was not as strong, but still present. Staff was okay, breakfast was good, pool was okay according to my daughter, fitness center was good. It is very unlikely I will stay at this location due to the room smell situation.

The shower room and the whole restroom was not very clean. The towels had stains on them.

Staff was amazing, always helpful.

Breakfast was ample, but we arrived for breakfast at 9:30. Ended at 10 and they were completely out of everything. Didn't get restocked until almost 10 and then closed the doors. Parking was limited but we didn't have a car. Only other complaint was the water in the bathroom never got hot. Only lukewarm and the water pressure was low. We complained and they said they would have a maintenance person check on it, but it never changed. We were there for 4 days. Probably won't return because of water issue.

Kind of run down properly. Lots of broken things. Bathroom had a weird smell. Loud and elevator made a loud bang when using it. Over priced for what you get.

Clean rooms and common areas. Good parking but elevator vibrates violently.

We loved the breakfast! The room was clean and the staff was friendly!

Then, when power to the entire building failed, we were not offered any thing in return for missing complimentary breakfast and being unable to shower (in the dark)
