My Place Hotel - South Omaha/La Vista, NE

We had a wonderful experience here and would stay here again. Very clean and great mattresses. It was a good stay.

The first room they sent us to had not been cleaned from previous guest. Next room was better but were bugs in the bathroom, there was a smell in the room and the bed was not real comfortable.

The room was fine. Sometimes I had to ask the ladies too refill the toilet paper, the tissues or the soap. What I definitely did not like was the smell of marijuana in all the hallways and in the parking lot. The workers were very friendly though.

Guests above us were up all night and noisy

Absolutely fantastic staff. The gentleman that checked me in was phenomenal Absolutely fantastic. He got me in and I was able to get some rest early in the morning when no other hotel in town would check me in that early for some reason.. I will be back to this hotel!

It was okay. Not the nicest hotel. I'm changing hotels for the rest of my training.

I had a dog traveling with me so I guess we were put in a designated pet room because it had an odor that would suggest that. Other than the odor the room was clean and the shower was good. It was fine for our one night stay. Would not stay long term.

We have stayed here plenty of times booked a mobility room as we usually do! We normally get room 106 this time we end up in a standard room 211 so when I gave my credit card even though we had paid with points it charged my card and the lady had to refund it. Then when I questioned the room being a standard room she gave a BS story that they overbooked and Special Olympics was there and checked out! That not true as I’m part of Special Olympics and summer games have been over since June on top of it all I booked this room a few weeks ago! No accommodation what so ever she was going to call her manager and didn’t! Then in the morning when checked out it charged my card again then refunded it! Never been so disappointed until this stay!

Location and cleanliness.

When I walked into the room it smelled like a car air freshener. It isn't noticeable after a while which was one reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The other was the tv remote turned the tv on and off but didn't change the channel from the Weather Channel. There was a fun program about viral weather I enjoyed. The room was clean and comfortable. The recliner was really comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I barely disturbed the bedding. There is a coffee maker but you need to provide your own filters and coffee. The freezer has an ice maker which was unexpected. The shower has pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is located near a couple of good restaurants - a tiki bar and grill across the parking lot and a breakfast/lunch restaurant 2 minutes away. Plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and polite. I will stay here again.

Nice and easy place to stay. We didn't have any issues and it was great for the one night that we stayed.

It was a great location for us and a newer hotel. Staff was fine, but the room wasn't as cool as it could have been! Would stay there again .

They were able to get me a room with the handicapped shower but not the recliner. Which I needed to sleep in since I just had total knee replacement surgery.

I would stay again. It’s a good location to walk/ eat at Casey’s. Everything you need is there if stranded
