Best Western Plus Lafayette Hotel University Area

Moved rooms 4 times. Not clean.

I would stay again

Staff was great and hotel was clean.

Room was clean and the pool was clean.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast options can be improved.

The breakfast was not the best so I would recommend going out to eat the bathroom was not thay clean other then that everything else was good

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. They were training a check in person and check in was difficult and slow. Everyone has to learn. Maybe not at a busy time would be my recommendation.

We got a room that was not cleaned . They gave us a new room but it was so humid it was hard to breathe . The pillows were dirty. Not a good place to stay .

Very good property would stay again

Room had new flooring throughout. Well maintained and mostly clean. Only thing was some mold at caulking in tub. I brought this to managements attention so hopefully it has now been addressed. Very nice room for being pet-friendly. Those rooms are often a bit more beat up. Breakfast area was airy and large. Hotel is about 15 minutes from Purdue University, but lots of restaurants and groceries in the area. Overall very nice.

I would definitely stay here again when I come visit my kids & grandkids! I would recommend to others to stay here as well. Staff were very nice & helpful. Rooms, property & pool were well kept & very clean.

Rooms were great but when I got into bed I could really hear road noise, seems like hotel was on the highway...if you stay sleep on non highway side. Breakfast was nice!

We stayed for 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to flag a cleaning person down to get clean towels and our trash emptied. I made a request at the front reception to have our room cleaned. It was never addressed. I had a very disappointing experience.

Only problem was I had to switch rooms because I have my son and people donators were complaining. Bed was cozy and the pool was nice but the pool did look dirty inside. Being a housekeeper before I expect more out of them to actually clean the room to the best possible. I love to leave tips for them but when I find hair from other people from before that is a big NO. Also there was a huge crack in the window and I was on first floor so I didn’t sleep the best that’s forsure

One of our favorites. Clean rooms, good bed/pillows. Clean hotel. Great staff, great gazebo out back with BBQ. Will be back. Such a convenient location.
