Check in process quick/easy. Was charged a $40.00 additional fee at check in, unclear what for, but was told it would be credited back at time of check out which it was. The hotel interior (hallways) very dated, dark. The room has been udpated. No maid/room cleaning service during my stay so unsure what that's about? Near Interstate 65 and room was on back side of hotel so I did not hear any traffic from interstate. Air conditioner rather loud in the room.

The location of the hotel. I had to ask three times for housekeeping to clean my room and change the towels.

Nothing Found blood stains on sheets told property manager called to new room that they assigned and called me a liar then kicked me out

The main reason is that the bed had to be the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The colors of the room were beautiful...very soothing and relaxing. Exceptionally clean. Nice in-room amenities. Breakfast bar was good. The only negative, was that the in-room coffee could probably put hair on your chest if you drank very much of it! LOL :) I interacted with several different staff on the phone and in person and each person's customer service was also exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

We stay here every time we’re in the area. Nice amenities, the breakfast is hot, and the rooms are perfect for what we need for our stay. Recommend always!
