Best Western Plus Lafayette Hotel University Area

We stayed for 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to flag a cleaning person down to get clean towels and our trash emptied. I made a request at the front reception to have our room cleaned. It was never addressed. I had a very disappointing experience.

Only problem was I had to switch rooms because I have my son and people donators were complaining. Bed was cozy and the pool was nice but the pool did look dirty inside. Being a housekeeper before I expect more out of them to actually clean the room to the best possible. I love to leave tips for them but when I find hair from other people from before that is a big NO. Also there was a huge crack in the window and I was on first floor so I didn’t sleep the best that’s forsure

It has an enclosed pool area, front desk staff was great and helpful. Pool was green and looked dirty the two days I was there. There were stains on bed cover (which was requested to be changed and wasn’t) food stuck to floor, fresh spilled coffee in desk drawer.

Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is good and the beds were comfortable. Reminded me of the Hampton inn beds. Friendly staff.

Easily one of the best motels I have stayed in for years. Excellent room, great staff adn terrific location.

One of our favorites. Clean rooms, good bed/pillows. Clean hotel. Great staff, great gazebo out back with BBQ. Will be back. Such a convenient location.

Pool was great. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Staff was great. Only downside was the lingering smell of weed in one of our rooms, but that seems to be the norm anymore.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. The bathroom shower had a few cracks in the base which made it appear dirty. The pool water was cold and water appeared to look green(ish). We weren't sure that the filter was working so we didn't use. The breakfast was good. Nice assortment of items to choose from.

We had a great time

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I had forgotten my phone charger so he let me borrow his until I could get my phone charged at 100%.

Friendly staff, clean room but smelled strongly of garlic. I guess I would prefer that to overly-scented deodorizer/cleaner! Rooms have been updated but starting to show some wear and tear for sure. Bathroom door had to be shoved closed and was pretty loud. Overall I would stay here again.

Pool was cold and water was a green color. Breakfast was decent but, had to wait for it to be refilled.

Although the rooms were beautiful and clean, they had a moist wet feeling, but will give understanding due to an indoor pool. Indoor pool lighting and aesthetic is not appealing. Windows that creates the glass affect with the pool needs to be service. Front desk customer service was excellent at all times. Laundry attendant, offered towels by knocking on the door They only had two big towels, incomplete but will give understanding because Sunday is a checkout day. ( mines was Monday) I’ve purchased two rooms the second room that I personally did not stay in received after midnight prank calls, multiple times creating an uncomfortable feeling, but not enough to be fearful. Please invest in coffee cup sleeves cups, get extremely too hot to hold can be a possible hazard issue for any adult and especially minors If Wi-Fi is offered free will every booking it should be listed in every room - password Beds & all linen, including pillows, was extremely comfortable and clean

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was varied and ready.

Everything was exceptional, grounds, room, staff. Just great.
