When it rain it leaking window and mild bad. The office change rain and there was roach on bed and was smell bad. Smell like mold

Nothin The room smelled like mold and bleach. The panels on the floor where not secured. The whole hotel smelled

It's good rooms and staff is on top of it get out the way other hotels y'all in trouble it's my hotel family

The price, The refrigerator that I asked for, 2 days didnt come and the television didnt work in neither room

Smell, sticky floors. Went up on rate and it wasn’t even worth the regular rate.

Nothing Dirty floor, dirty towels, bathtub floor was slippery due to the coating came off, dusty microwave

Nothing employee at the front desk wasn’t in uniform when I arrived at 3 am so I was unsettled,roaches , there were druggies outside the hotel and inside trying to hold my luggage, all trash cans were over flowing when I arrived and left, floors at nails

Nothing It was not the cleanest and was missing blankets from the beds. The room felt humid like there was bad ventilation.

Nothing De verdad que horrible, cucarachas, piso inflado por agua. Lavamanos no bajaba. El aire acondicionado lleno de moho y limo. No hay igiene en el baño ni en la habitación. Demasiado sucio.

Noisy and Dirty

The location The room was terrible, floor sticky and tiles bubbled up off the floor, extra lock on door wouldn’t lock cause half of it was missing… and I couldn’t get a refund!! VERY UPSET……

The ice machine & the elevator were both broken. Sad.

The room was filthy blood on sheets needles in bathroom roaches in the bed floor was so dirty my socks was black on the bottom...The manager himself was so rude to me that i didnt even kno what to say 2 him!!! Horrible stay worst ever!!
