Comfort Inn Lafayette North I-10

Management has way too many children. My family could not even enjoy the small pool because all 27 of them had it crowded and were unruly. They stayed out there the entire afternoon, evening, and a large part of the night, well past closing hours blaring loud vulgar music with no regard to others around them. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a family dwelling or zoo...Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There is a large roach infestation. Staff was unwelcoming with a few rude comments thrown into the mix. My reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were not queen, but rather full size and were not secured. Really the only good thing I can say was the breakfast..it was better than most hotels ive stayed at. We appreciate the opportunity, but won't be coming back.

The hotel stay wasn’t as comfortable as expected. The scent that lingered on the floors and inside the room didn’t allow for the best rest. I adjusted the A/C and also sprayed the room and bedding in hopes to calm the smell down. It was as if there was a water leak or damage that was being covered up instead of completely being taken care of. After being in the room for about 2-3 hours and couldn’t sleep, I left. I can’t afford to have respiratory issues from possible mold or other problems. There wasn’t an attendant at the desk before I left. I don’t think this would be the worse place if the strong smell is dealt with properly, but until then I’m not staying any time soon

Good place to stay and the breakfast is good as well. No problems to complain about.

Check in was great, and so was check out. The staff was about as friendly as they come.

Mold all over floor in room, staff were helpful and changed our room.

Hard to expect much for a $100 hotel room, but the property was not well kept, lots of damage to the Sheetrock walls and half the outlets did not work in our room.

Desk attendant stayed on a personal phone call, on speaker, through our entire check in. Hairs in the bathroom. Smell of weed inside hotel, morning and night. Not a great stay

The hotel room was nice and spacious. i stayed in a king bed room. the area was not the best. it was next to a motel where some sketchy people were standing outside and arguing. i will say the only problem i had with the room was the floor was sticky and felt slimy and also the shower wasn’t the cleanest.

From a positive standpoint it was quiet, acceptably clean and had enough parking to house a 16' box truck with a car trailer. What I did not appreciate was the host raising his voice when telling me that it is a non smoking room and that there is a large fee if I smoked in it. As someone who does not smoke I would have brushed it off except he than placed me in a painted over room that was previously a smoking room. I could smell the nicotine seeping through the paint on the walls, and the air coming out of the AC smelled vaguely of an ash trey.

I have stayed a few times and it always is clean, safe, and comfortable.

Clean sheets and nice staff but the property was in disrepair and filthy. Our shower head had mold on it and the whole unit was mildew aroma.

Not a great area of town but it was safe and decent for a nights stay passing through town. The entire staff was great!

Elevator barely working. Terrible choice in floors. Slippery! Toilet is the smallest they make. No room. Flush terrible. A/C ran all night. Everything was damp in the rooms. Breakfast was good. Spend some money and fix it up. I will not stay there again. They need security around. Alot of riff raff all around.
