The rooms are nice The pillow was durty,the bath tub and the toilet did not work…they dont give you enough soap or cleaning items…the bagels had mold and the food was old and had mold,the cofffe was cold and is like their food is old. Bad breakfast at all and muffins was old

The only plus side was there was an indoor pool. When I called the day of my check-in to see if we could check in an hour early, the lady that I spoke to said it would not be a problem. When we got there to check in, there was a gentleman at the desk. He told me I had to pay an additional $20 to check in explained to him that the lady that we just spoke to said that it would be no problem and there would be no charge but the guy said for us to check in an hour early would be an additional $20 so I went back to my vehicle and sat in my vehicle for an hour before we could check in. When we went to check-in, the guy told me there was an additional $50 deposit. Nowhere in the booking did I see anything about an additional $50 deposit so I was extremely unhappy about that. Then we found out that our room was on the second floor, which is no big deal. But they did not have an elevator. All they had was stairs. For someone who has knee and hip issues it made it extremely difficult. When we went to our room, there was a lady walking out of our room and she told us she was making note and inspecting the room so that she can see if anything is broken or damaged when we leave. I did find that extremely rude the way it was dead. Overall, I think if we ever come back, we will definitely stay at a different hotel and not recommend this one to any of our teammates as we were there for a large soccer tournament.

One of my rooms was upgraded with new things like the bathroom and the bed! However my other room was out dated and looked more like a crack room the ac didn’t work in the room it only cooled to 75 in this heat! The room was stinky and smelt like smoke. The toilet in the updated room got clogged! There was not any towels the stay overall is really a -3! The evening auditor was very pleasant she was very helpful our entire stay her name is Ciara! The night auditor didn’t care and was not helpful at all! No one cleaned our rooms our entire stay! No towels no one emptied our trash! We had to place our trash and towels in the hallway! It was like being at a crack motel! I thought having to do that was so horrible! I would not recommend this motel! The presentation online is not what this property offers!! Horrible stay overall!!!! -3! The check in process with Ciara was 5 star and her only! Ciara is the only 5!!!! She has awesome customer service skills!!!

Terrible costumer service. Completely run down hotel. Management would not refund or stay when we checked out 12 hours into our stay because we booked through expedia - they told us we had to request a refund from expedia. Tried that and when expedia reached out to the property for the "approval" they would not approve the refund request - they said when they walked through with us upon checkout that everything was fine - even after I pointed out the sticky floors, the hallway wreaking of urine/cigarettes and mildew, the baseboards in the room had mold and smears of who knows what, mattress had literal dirt on it under the sheet (no mattress pad cover) there was sticky/slimy substance on the counters, a toilet that kept pushing the overflow point, a bathtub that didn't drain while showering. To top it off, we left with bites from some sort of bug that are burning and red 12 hours later! Do not stay here!
