Very clean and staff was very helpful

Sierra the lady at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. She made fresh coffee when I requested it.

I loved the comfort they provided in their suites and love the location because its so close to town where all the activities are! Try keeping up with the pool because it wasn’t cleaned. Also add a way to do Late checkout for people who struggle to sleep late.

I originally made reservations for a double room. Which is 2 double beds, we received a key for a single king did not realize until we walked into the room. That room had mold on the ceilings. Went back to the front so we can get the double that we paid for. Upon entering the double, there was old candy, wrappers and trash on the floors. Also the trash was not emptied from the previous guest or maybe the clean up crew. Not sure but obviously the room was not clean.

The breakfast wasn't good at all. The eggs tasted like powered eggs. The breakfast has to get better for me to stay there again. The rooms were clean as was the hotel.

Parking was good but breakfast wasn’t and the bedspread had blood on it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The double bed suite was very spacious. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs (I have health issues that make that a difficult task). The breakfast options were limited, with little to no protein options. Cool temperature was NOT maintained, freezing cold. The overall cleanliness of the room was not bad, but every corner of the suite had dust or hair balls.

Everyone was nice , everything was nice and clean The breakfast lacked options an wasn’t very good nor was the drink options
-
The room Breakfast I travel alot I never taste breakfast like especially the eggs only good was da waffle and the cereal everything else was terrible
-
Rooms was amazing people where amazing Nothing
-
More breakfast options - healthier (only healthy option was an apple). Clean rooms with fresh towels and a shower curtain and bathroom walls without visible mold/mildew would also be nice. Tv that works (tv couldnt hold a signal) and being able to connect to the wifi would also have been nice. Parking was minimal and hard to find a parking spot in the evening. There only seemed to be one luggage roller cart - having to haul our stuff out piece by piece was not acceptable.
-
Nothing The room was not serviced. no elevators and staff was bad
-
Felt old and dated but was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable.
-
Do not recommend staying here

Everything was good from Ms Stacy checking me in and the services in between. During checkout Ms Stacy was the one who checked me out also. It was great hospitality.

Being the coolest indoor it needs to have heat in the area when it's cool outside
-
Parking is good, breakfast was okay (waffle mix had a lemon taste), the sheets weren’t clean, restroom didn’t had enough toilet paper, couch had a lot of stains. Staff was amazing!!

We checked in, and checked right back out. The pictures would fool you. The hotel said their remodeling, the locals un the area, said its a lie.

Staff was awesome but me and my husband didnt enjoy our stay. When we arrived, we had to change rooms due to renovations which we weren't aware of. The room wasn't properly cleaned, smelled old. We didnt have trash cans in the room. I killed a roach, toilet clogged after first use (front desk clerk was willing to plunge it but we did it instead) and they had hair in the bathroom shower. We also found items that the previous person left. The renovation workers worked most of the night so it was a little noisy. The staff was helpful and had a great attitude/personality. The air was very cool which was a good thing. Maybe after renovations it will be better.

Most of the lights didn’t work, water running on restroom
