Great neighborhood, small hotel connected to residential condos. Very unique.

I was so excited to the visit carriage house hotel , but I would AVOID AT ALL COST. Their rooms are disgusting. My babies were just crawling around for 30 minutes and were covered in black from how gross the carpets were. We went down to tell the front and all they did was give us the email for the manager and let us know that the carpets were recently “professionally cleaned.” The pool is not in the same area as hotel and closes super early. None of the hotel restaurants are opened Sunday or Monday. Further, they dont offer any breakfast either. For paying over $200 for a night, I could’ve gotten a better hotel for $80 (we are on the way back). I would not recommend to anyone, which I hate because i was looking forward to this stay

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Lafayette. It is convenient to restaurants. It’s beautiful always clean. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. It’s just a wonderful place. My experience is always been top-notch.

Impossible to find entrance. Also, Wi-Fi was not provided and no one answered desk phone to get it.

No where near worth the $216 per night rate. The room was average at best with paint taped back in spots on the wall. You could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and other doors slamming closed. It was very difficult to find the front desk. Wouldn’t go back

The room was really clean and beautiful. The parking was plentiful and you can park right on the level of your room for easier access. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My particular housekeeper was subpar but My complaints were responded too immediately. Overall I would definitely stay again.
