Tru by Hilton Lafayette River Ranch

When we entered the room, the floor was soaking wet! I went to the desk and he informed me that it was an ongoing issue with the rooms, especially if staff turned the air conditioner off during cleaning. I switched rooms immediately. The second room smelled like urine. I wasn’t sure why but I stayed in the room for the duration. During the last night I pulled the sheets back to find the largest pee stains I have ever seen on a bed. On BOTH BEDS!

I really loved the location. And the soaps provided were decent also The cleanest of most of the walls throughout the resort. The bed did not sleep the best. And the refrigerator did not work as well

We really enjoyed our stay, aside from the rooms could be cleaned much better. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the pool area is nice! Lots of parking available and it’s in a very nice location!

Nothing The roaches in the room, mold everywhere, bed bugs eating me up. To expensive. Rude host, no parking, elevators not working, concessions empty, very thin walls.

The staff was very personable and professional. And the room was very clean.

The people were nice, coffee was hot, and breakfast was alright. Bless their hearts!

The front desk staff were very friendly. Nalonia was amazing at welcoming me & checking me in. She was the only great part of my stay. I had to be changed to another upon check in cause my room had not been cleaned from previous guest. The room I stayed in was horrible. The air conditioning wasn't working which made it miserable trying to rest in the hottest part of summer. The second night of my stay was worse than the first. I had different front desk staff & they were friendly but never resolved the issue with air conditioning not working. I spent so much money to be comfortable & would have been better off sleeping in the airport. In my opinion I should have been put into a different room since my stay was for 2 nights or refunded for my reservation so I could have gone to a different hotel. This was definitely my first & last stay at a Tru by Hilton. And on top of the room being hot, the beds are very hard. This hotel is not for a comfortable stay.
