Very clean and many amenities! They have a wonderful breakfast! Our only complaint is the room we were in had a bad shower head leak; therefore making it very noisy due to the water falling on the metal trench drain.

Housekeeping was awful. Had to clean my own room after asking for it to be vacuumed and the linens changed. Other than that it's a good place.

Rooms and building needs some fixes and/or a deep cleaning, but the location is good and staff very helpful

I arrived Friday around 9:30pm. Pretty easy easy check-in. Staff on duty was respectful. I was in town for a graduation in Erath. Room was clean, I stayed on the ground floor. Breakfast had a huge variety, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, bacon one day sausage the next, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins. Very close to Target ( literally around the corner), the mal, a lot of restaurant chains are close like Chili's, Chipotle, etc.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived a bit early and asked if I could complete the check-in process ahead of time so I could simply pick up my key later. To my surprise, they allowed me to check in right away and go to my room, which was a huge plus since I was prepared to wait in the lobby (which was also very nice). I highly recommend this hotel, and this being my second stay says it all!

Did not try the breakfast. However, it was a great stay. The lobby smelled very good and rooms were clean. Did a staycation and enjoyed every bit of it.

The bathroom toilet was broken. Made complain twice and issue was never resolved until check out

We checked in about 7pm and requested additional pillows for the kids on the sofa bed. They were out of pillows.
