I love that this hotel was close to Dave and Busters and Top Golf. The pantry downstairs was the best! After a night out those Ice cream sandwiches hit the spot. The only thing I didn't like was that the bar was not open.

The location is prime BUT room itself was not worth the rate. The staff was great and helpful. The room we got was absolutely dirty. There were fingerprints on the wall in bathroom, the shower head had lots of rust and grime, the water did not get really hot and to top it off, when we pulled the sheets on our bed we found red ants. It looked like the room we stayed in the door had been previously broken or kicked in. I do not think my family and I will staying again.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It came with “free breakfast”, but i paid for it. One of the “free” days was for the day I checked in.. If check in is at 3pm, how are you supposed to enjoy “free breakfast?”

Excellent lighting and the king size bed room was so nice!

The shower was stained with years of dirt. Hair in sink, which I cleaned before using. The walls were marred. Had to use rubber shoes in shower. The sheets on the bed had tiny holes. Had to closely inspect to make sure they were cleaned. Floor not vacuumed. Lamps not working. Had to fix lamp next to bed. Lamp over coffee station not working.

Great location near many shops and restaurants. It was a bit noisy at times since it was across the street from the hospital. The towels were very small and when we asked for fresh ones, we never received them. We ran out of tissues and had to ask there times before some was brought. The bistro was counter service and very over priced, but they had plenty of seating. The bed was yet comfortable and the blackout shades did a good job. Would probably stay here again

It was my birthday 🎂 and the staff made me feel Very Special. I was given a chocolate chip cookie. And had a bag at my door filled with water and snacks. The bag had happy birthday written all over it. ☺️

The amazing breakfast, it was pricey but very much worth it! I did not run into any inconveniences.

There was no continental breakfast or coffee as the Engine app said there was. The facility could use some upkeeps, bed was comfortable & some lightbulbs were burnt out in the room.
