The apartment was clean and well maintained. We had a clogged toilet at 10pm and were told we needed to wait until morning for someone to assist because there is no one on site after 8pm. All we needed was a plunger and there was not one in the apartment so we ended up having to purchase one ourselves. We were not compensated for this inconvenience at all.

Great price, clean hotel. Nice for a quick stay when traveling through. Close to good food!

Having a full kitchen but not allowed to cook meals seems useless to me So we had to eat out which cost us so much more

Great stay. Very comfortable and prime location. After hours check in was a breeze

The rooms was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We loved everything about the stay. That knowone was in the office to checkout until 9am.

Everything was great, just make sure you check in before 5 because no staff is available.

Bugs in the room, coming up the drain and from the courtyard. Toilet handle broken. Not enough hot water. Beds were comfortable and lay out was nice.

Kitchenware like cooking pan, pot, coffee maker was not ready for use. I had to replace them.

It was brand new and spacious. Limited parking.

I really like the courtyard setup the best. I also like the fact that you can setup a lock box to get your room keys! The beds are terrible. We all sleep uncomfortable!

The room and premises were fine, as expected, roomy and clean. The mini-kitchen wasn't well stocked (no kitchen/dish soap or sponge, for instance, which a hotel should want to give you for hygiene purposes) but overall everything was largely as promised. The location is a bit office park-like but one is close to all the basic necessities. I wouldn't recommend you rely on the mini-gym as a "gym" but they do have a free coffee station. Overall, it seems they are still building out as there were a lot of construction-like materials around, but not in the way or causing a mess. Overall perfectly fine, utilitarian and what you would need for a road trip or business stop. Reception upon entry was friendly & professional. However, when we received our bill 1.5 hours after leaving, by email, a $100 (!) cleaning charge was placed on it without informing us. Upon check-out, they did not tell me (while I was there) and surprised us afterwards (!!!). It turns out my daughter took her service dog out but she didn't make it past the courtyard and had a small pee (she is a 16 pound poodle so makes barely half a cup) on the (fake) grass, believing it to be grass (honest mistake). All this can happen but what is unprofessional and disingenuous is to NOT inform the guest at the time, charge almost 1 extra night's fee (room was $109 vs $100 "pee fee"), NOT have a conversation, and then sneakily place a $100 charge on the bill AFTER the guest checks out, to avoid any reasonable conversation. Mgmt is clearly untrained and unable to engage with clients. A half cup of poodle pee is a mistake, I wasn't even aware it happened, and would have happily helped clean it up. A $100 charge is outrageous, not least because no cleaning was even done by the hotel (according to my daughter), and worst was the lack of transparency and engagement with the client - weak, lacking in honesty and a poor reflection of the management's character. I would be careful what other tricks they might use (kitchen spill?) to sneakily charge you once you've left. I recommend a more professionally-managed hotel.

Nice place to stay!

The Hotel/Apartment style room a nice and comfortable with a full kitchen/living room. This Hotel is in the heart of Lafayette I would definitely recommend staying here or if APT is available in other cities check them out.

Location and cleanliness of the room, the staff was very nice and professional and the place looked really great and the rooms were nice and clean! The tv's wouldn't work the toilet handle in our room was loose had to be careful to flush .

Beautiful property, excellent location

I love staying at APT. The location is prime and the set up is ideal for a professional that travels. Unfortunately I have had two negative experiences over the last two stays. Three weeks ago I booked a two night stay there was no tv or interactive during the entire stay. This past weekend it was a similar experience, one tv not working. Unfortunate that there were no accommodations made for the inconvenience.
