We travel often and stay at many hotels, so this was a different experience for us. The property was nice, with spacious rooms and a great location near plenty of restaurants. It seems more suited for extended stays, which we didn’t realize when booking a weekend. The biggest downside was the office closing early. If you need towels or anything after hours, you have to call and wait about 30 minutes. We also had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who was rude when we requested towels. Overall, the property was nice, but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly, and accommodating !! The location was great, any restaurant/bars were either a very short drive or even walkable. The only issue I had was they do have a smoking area with ashtrays but nothing to sit on other than a curb. It would be nice to have a bench or something similar to sit on, because we pay the same price as nonsmokers, this would be a good suggestion!

-Advertised as kid & pet friendly and it is, as long as they never leave your room or try to use the courtyard for anything besides sitting in a chair and whispering. -Courtyard is advertised and family friendly, and nothing in the documents when booking inform you that "pets are not allowed in the courtyard area. Even if they are sitting in your lap on a leash - you will be TOLD to go back to your room. We also watched a "group" of 5 people who were not bothering a soul be told to reference the signs on the walls that tell you hanging out in "groups" isn't allowed and that they would need to separate &go to their room @ 5PM.. Makes since when you have a couch and 4 chairs around a fire pit & a grill + tables on the other end. -Trash cans in courtyards were overflowing 4 of the 5 days we stayed. -The last 2 days there were carts stacked along the walls of the stair/elevator corridor -full of dirty laundry & trash for everyone to walk by, see and smell. -There are ovens and stoves in your rooms - However they have signs in the kitchen informing you these are only for "warming" and not cooking food. Don't advertise a FULL KITCHEN if you cant use it as a full Kitchen. Cookware not provided but shown in photos The exterior doors (not the main entrance) did not lock AT ALL. I.E anyone off the street was able to walk right into the courtyard

Nice sized apartment. The shower wasn’t great. Not good pressure. Also took ages to get warm water. The dishwasher didn’t work.

Poor service from staff

We was told that smoking was on a behind the hotel where the ashtrays were, and then she scolded people for going out there to smoke where the designated smoking area was Someone got locked out of their room because she stated they had too many cards to enter the room that they had issued from the desk. Why issued that many cards if you know it’s gonna lock them out, especially in the middle of the night it was a horrible horrific experience dealing with Sarah.

Had everything we needed for a one night stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. Parking was great also! Easy location to get to and from.

The lady at the lobby is hilarious. She is like "Hello dear, how are you this morning, is everything OK ın your room?" And you say "There is a problem with the kitchen faucet." And she goes "Good, glad to head that, have a nice day."

The property was so nicely manicured and the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. WE LOVED EVERYTHING!!

It was an easy to get to location with lots of food and even a grill in the courtyard. Staff was friendly and quick on checking in and easily got luggage to the rooms with a cart. TVs were not working very well along with our second room had a pest problem in the middle of the night. I did let front desk staff know about it and they apologized and let me know that was the first report of this problem and would correct it. I feel if that hadn’t happened it would have been a excellent stay but there response to fix it went a long way so the next person doesn’t wake up to a room full of pests
