Side note: Prejeans was recommended for dinner and we are passing on that recommendation. Food and service were amazing, especially for such a laid back restaurant.

Ambiente Handling with my creditcard, they wrote all my number on a Form including my security Code what is very unusual and more or less illegal seid my creditcard Company. Breakfast did not taste for us, but was typical cajun food. We had no other choice.

This is one of the most unique and beautiful properties in Lafayette if not Louisiana. The landscaping, the historic architecture, and breakfasts all contributed to a truly amazing stay. I was lucky to stay in the Live Oak cabin with a swing on the porch. Sitting there early in the morning listening to birds or watching the rain from a passing storm was unparalleled. The proprietor Donell Totaro was lovely to talk to about the property and surrounding area. There is no place else to stay in Lafayette - this is where you should be.

Nice and charm property, staff was really friendly and helpful, pretty decent breakfasts, downtown is 15 min walk which makes the accommodation more enjoyable.

A very pleasant stay in an historic building, our room was very nice and cozy. Staff was friendly and welcoming, while the home-cooked breakfast was delicious. AC was a bit noisy, the rest fits the historic surroundings.

We enjoyed staying at Mouton Plantation. The staff was very friendly. The suggestions and directions she gave us were spot on. The price was reasonable. We are planning on coming back again as we will be moving to Lafayette soon. The other travelers were wonderful as well.
