I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."

Clean and comfortable

Very unpleasant front desk attendant. Would not give me a non smoking room. Sheets had burn marks in them, AC was broken, room was in tatters.. by far the worst Red Roof Inn I ever stayed in.. disgusting

It says it’s renovated but it’s not pillows are dirty and bath towels stained , no shampoo in dispenser , front desk man very rude . Easy parking close to everything.
-
Everything it’s laid back It’s cool no problems just need more towels maybe but it’s 10/10

Made a reservation through an online service. Received confirmation. On the night of check-in I was called at 11:30 pm that Red Roof Inn, Lafayette, did not have a room that would accommodate a pet. Red Roof Inn and the booking service rate a zero given their poor performance and lack of caring. The entire experience

Close to event Everything was ok

Staff was friendly

The room stated it was renovated which it clearly wasn’t. The air condition was dirty. They still had patches in the wall and bathroom area. Only one small thin sheet on the bed. While you can’t expect much from the price point, it’s more like an hourly motel.

Clean room, convenient location off the interstate. Well lit parking lot. Safe and quiet location
-
I forget my USB charger and they claim they did not find it. They had the audacity to accuse me of taking the ice bucket. They looked in my car to see whether I had the cheap ice bucket.

Good for the price. But been to better Red Roofs.

Room was in rough shape. Bed spread strained and dirty

Mike the front desk concierge helped make my stay as smooth as possible. Had been there a little over a month and had some personal issues they were beyond my control. Mike worked with me to help my situation be a little less stressful

Nice place

Room was clean and the property well lit and felt safe. Convenient location right off the interstate, but tucked away from the usual noise and traffic. Walking distance to Burger King and a 24/hour Gas Station Convenient Store. My only complaint was the room was on the smaller size.

However, the room itself was disappointing. The comforter and sheets were visibly stained, there were only two poor-quality pillows on a king bed, and the air conditioner had to be manually reset to start. I also noticed burn marks around a light fixture, hair in the shower, and clothing tags stuck to the wall. As someone that works in hospitality management, I understand that operations can be challenging, but cleanliness, maintenance, and consistent service should always meet brand standards. Unfortunately, this property did not.

We were utterly shocked when we arrived at the motel for our overnight stay. The room wasn’t disgusting but it was far from clean. The room was marketed as (renovated) but there was tape over the cracks on the floor. The bed spread looked dirty and the towel was dingy… we asked for more and the guy said “in the morning” and also wouldn’t give us a clean bed cover so all we had was a sheet and a throw blanket that I had packed. Toilet paper was out so the spare was just on the back of the toilet which tells me that it was cleaned. Just not a good experience and we normally have good things to say about Red Roof Inns but not this time. Very disappointed. I wish we had taken a photo
