It was an okay stay.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lafayette and while the property itself appeared clean and in good condition, there were several concerns. The indoor pool seemed overdue for cleaning. Around 4 a.m., a fire alarm sounded for roughly 35 minutes, and guests waited outside with no communication from staff. The following morning, housekeeping knocked 2 hours before check-out time, and calls to the front desk went unanswered. Family members staying in other rooms reported similar issues. Given these experiences, I would be hesitant to stay here again. I appreciate your team’s follow-up promise, but I never received that call. I’d like to share this feedback so standards can improve.

This hotel was is a great location. I stayed 1 night- easy off I-10 and easy back on. Room was clean, bed great and excellent water pressure. The staff was super friendly and offered many suggestions on places to visit. I recommend this hotel!

Very quite and cleain

We've stayed at this location many times and the staff are always great, the property is well maintained and the rooms are clean

Place was hidden in the back which I liked because it made it feel quieter. Place was nice and clean. Water pressure was solid. Woke up to breakfast thinking it was included and almost found out too late that it cost $13 a person. Not a big deal, just wish they told us at check in how much it would cost. Over all it was a great place. Would definitely come back.

Check in was quick and effortlessly. The property was clean. The room was really big for the price of the room. Everything was excellent!

If you like "sleeping" on a stiff board, hearing everyone on all sides of you through paper thin walls, and smelling urine and weed as you walk in, then this is the hotel for you.

Popped in for just an overnight stay because of a work obligation. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple Southern staples (grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, and fruit) served buffet style. Will definitely recommend...

The nightstands could have used a wipe down. It wasn’t horrible though. I’ve enjoyed my previous stay (4 days) here as well as I did this time.
