The staff at Great Wolf Lodge are PHENOMENAL! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I loved all the activities for the kids. The text message service was great to get extra blankets and toiletries. Food was delicious and the room with the bunk beds was too cool! My only recommendation would be for the hotel to change the mattress for the sleeper couch. It is incredibly thin and flimsy. My son (13) chose to sleep on the cushions of the couch rather than the pull-out bed due to this. We covered them with sheets and it worked out well. Thank you for a wonder stay!

While we understand that unexpected situations can happen, our biggest concern was the lack of communication regarding our room availability. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but our room was not ready until nearly three hours later. Had we been kept informed with regular updates or given a realistic estimate of the delay, it would have greatly improved the experience and allowed us to plan accordingly. Delays are sometimes unavoidable, but clear, proactive communication goes a long way in helping guests feel valued and respected.

It is a cool place however they nickel and dime you at every turn extremely expensive even with the soda they put it on a timer. Please be aware that everything cost a lot of money on property. The only good thing is there is Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s, and a lot of other eating places very close by do not buy anything from the property. It will cost you an arm the leg simple things like water cost five dollars. A small bag of chips also cost five dollars. everything is extremely expensive. You will have to put down a $200 deposit as well. Plus parking is $20 a day.

Purchased the Wolf Pass. Seemed like everything we did required some additional payment to fully enjoy. The wave pool was smaller than expected but that’s fine. The water was dirty and when I got splashed it had a nasty taste on my lips. Was gross. Mini golf and bowling were very miniaturized. The only good thing is that we came on a Monday and Tuesday when it was less crowded. We left Tuesday and didn’t stay on Wednesday. Maybe we had too high of expectations, but it was not really the place for us. To their credit, the staff was very friendly.

Check in was a bit overwhelming, as it was very crowded. I wish I checked in online. The staff were very friendly. My children had a great time during our stay. We stayed in the grizzly suite and it was plenty of space.
