Everything about my stay was excellent!

Clean and comfortable, great stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. From the people at the front desk, to the wonderful kitchen staff, to housekeeping, I can honestly not fault anything. The entrance with outdoor social space and the lobby with seating, tables, and 24/7 coffee, tea, and water were an absolute delight to come in to. There is something about being able to get a cup of hot gourmet rainforest alliance coffee at 9pm as you head up to your room that feels special. As a person who has traveled a good bit and stays where they can afford, this location felt like I would imagine being treated at a luxury hotel in a big city like New York but without any pretentiousness or feeling like they were trying too hard. There were 2 occasions where something had ran out at the breakfast bar and when asked the staff rapidly handled the situation. Our room was immaculate and incredibly stocked with everything we could possibly need. I am used to having to ask staff for extra towels, blankets, etc. but there was absolutely no need. They also had several other services we didn't avail ourselves of such as dry cleaning. There were a few cosmetic "issues" if you call it that (chipped paint, small carpet stains, and a damaged blind which didn't hurt it's function AT ALL) which as a person who has stayed many places, should all be chalked up to use over years.

They was understaffed so it took a little a minute before I got my room and I checked in after three when I went in it was a couple stains on the sheets and the mirror was dirty and had a old smell, but I didn’t complain cause I knew I would been in and out a lot and I was there with my children, but I like the location of Wolf Lodge was literally right across the street and it was somewhere to always the park and the staff was pretty OK I did not like the cleans of the room. It could’ve been better. The mirror was streaked up. It was a little stains on the sheets and on the towels the inside of the shower could have been cleaned better. You could tell it was a rush job

The dishes and utensils provided in the room were also dirty, with food still stuck to them, which was unacceptable. I do want to recognize the night shift front desk employee, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the day shift was the opposite. When I went to check out, the front desk staff continued their conversation without acknowledging me. After waiting for several minutes without any greeting or assistance, I simply left my key cards in the return box and walked out. The only positive was the hotel’s convenient location near Great Wolf Lodge. However, based on the cleanliness issues and poor customer service, I will not be staying here again. Next time, I’ll choose the Marriott across the street instead.

I stayed at this property because it was really close to great Wolf Lodge. The property is right in front of great Wolf Lodge. You can walk there from the property. The rooms were spacious. There was a full refrigerator in the room a microwave in a full breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed this hotel. I do recommend it I would go back.

Friendly staff. Nicely landscaped. Room was nice. The ridiculous over the top recycling theme, "non caged eggs" for breakfast, the single sourced coffee and on and on bullshit that really doesn't matter. Obviously, you are marketing to mindless people that think fluff matters.

Multiple night stay. The room was clean enough, stray hair in the bathroom, non functional electric blinds, and could use some high dusting.

Everything was nice and tidy, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The swimming pool area was nice and accommodating as well. The continental breakfast needs improvement

Home2 Suites is such a family-oriented hotel. The rooms were so clean and the staff were amazing. 10/10

View clean property, and courteous staff. The location was convenient for my needs, I would stay here again in the future.

Staff was awesome and the room was mostly clean . Tv was all the way to the end but not in the middle . The bed had spots on the bed sheets .
