Staff had top notch customer service, they were so friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, wish they would have had some cheese for the grits ?, but overall awesome! The room was excellent, bed was a little too firm, but I still slept well. Whenever I am in the area, this will definitely be choice for stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friend and family. Nothing

The sliding barn style door for the bathroom wasn’t able to be opened from inside the bathroom when fully shut. We got stuck inside and had to be rescued. Thankfully I was not traveling alone and someone was in the room to get me out. The elevator had a delay in the door opening. One of the hotel staff was in the elevator with us and said it happens all the time. That occasionally they get stuck in it for several minutes until it decides to open. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Convenient to interstate and restaurants We arrived about 1:45 pm (check-in at 3) and we were told that we would have to pay $50 for early check-in which is ridiculous!! We sat in lobby until check in at 3.
