Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the shower had excellent water pressure. Staff was so friendly! Breakfast was nice and well organized.

Our bathroom was not completely clean when we checked in. Toothpaste residue left on countertop in the bathroom.

Not the best hotel but not the worst. Typical chain hotel off the interstate. Cable TV half worked, air conditioning in room had either full hot or freezing cold setting. Nothing special just a place to sleep until you can get going the next day.

The shower stall walls had a lot of mold at the bottom edge close to the floor. The shower head kept dripping all night regardless of how tight I turned the handle. The bath room floor was soaking wet, lots of water, so the shower door did not seal.

Bathroom floor, toilet, counter were dirty & when we notified the front desk about the condition their response was that they couldn't do anything about it.

Toilet broke because the flush handle pull chain rusted off the flush handle. The TV did not work.

This is an older property and it shows. It is clean but older and a little dingy. The front staff were never at the check in desk. You actually have to call out to get them to come out from the back. Happened twice to me and I noticed a couple of times to others.

The bed was comfortable. The carpet needed cleaning. The bathroom shower had mold in corners and needed a good scrubbing. The room was average. I will not stay at a Hampton unless it’s my last choice or newer.

Room stunk and had lots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling…room was run down. Elevator was sketchy. Breakfast was not great, but the bagel filled the hole temporarily. Second day husband laid facedown on freshly cleaned room only to wake up with swollen eyes… ask for a new pillow and pillowcase and survived the night… cleaning crew did remove the mold from the ceiling after I asked them to. Staff was friendly, but I will not be staying here ever again.
