No internet for multiple days. Had to move to a different hotel. Some of the staff were helpful, some were zero help. If you want to disconnect from the world than this is your place with no internet.

NOTHING!!! The staff when I tried to check in was very rude, they canceled my reservation because my mom had put her name on it ,instead of just changing it to my name. I am recently HOMELESS with a child and they did nothing to help me out. This was supposed to be a small vacation that my mom set up for me and my daughter we have been going through some tough times and we needed a break, I have a lot of health issues and just wanted to take my daughter to Great Wolf Lodge. THANKS RUDE people at RED ROOF IN!!!!

I liked everything I didn’t know there would be a 50 dollar deposit. I may have missed it while on the website but other than that everything was perfect.

Easy parking. I thought the guest should have been given rooms closer the the main staircase since there were multiple available.

It was alright, the neighbors had kids that kept knocking on my door while I was trying to sleep.

There was no breakfast The lady that cleans there was outside my room around 3:45 AM digging up grass on the side walks. I was NOT HAPPY that I didn't get much sleep

Room was not clean and the door frame had a massive crack that you could see between the door and the frame to the outside about an inch wide. Place stunk of marijuana. There is also a homeless village in the woods right next to the parking lot, with the sketchy individuals wondering around the property. Did not feel safe. I will say that the check in lady was super kind, but other than that this place was lacking very much.

First when arriving in the room it was very very cold the heating system was slow about heating it took about 2 hours to take a bath do the lack of heat and the room smells just like a dog was there and room smells like dog pee . Want be coming back . And had to put a deposit for other people lack of concern or personal or the motel so someone like me have to pay for other people poor judgment . Last stay
