Laguna Surf Lodge by SCP Hotels

The customer service was impeccable. I certainly would stay here again. The shared balcony was a little odd and the room design was a little odd. But the view was amazing and the staff was amazing.

There was also no in-room phone to contact reception, which meant going down to the front desk or using a direct landline, and there was no alternative communication such as WhatsApp. The front desk experience was not particularly welcoming. Overall, the stay did not offer value for the price paid. The only positive aspect was the beachfront location and the nice views.

The staff was so helpful friendly and welcoming answered every question and just made us feel so comfortable. If looking for a friendly relaxing place to stay in Laguna this is definitely the spot I will for sure be coming back here again .

This was our third time staying at SCP hotel. Location is very close to everything. Easy for beach access. Great staff. Love everything about the place. Looking forward to going back soon.

5 star hotel !!! Get the king suite ocean front open up your sliding door and hear the waves while you sleep … besides the views being top notch the staff was kind helpful and extremely friendly!! Coffee on point as well . Can’t wait to come back

Absolutely the best for a girls trip! Perfect location! Loved it all. Staff were awesome, beach was perfect! Pool is all you need.

Perfect location, a very zen vibe kinda place, and super easy access down to the beach with great dining, shops etc. Within walking distance. Friendly staff. Gabe and kyle are most accommodating. We have already booked a stay in June and July.

“Very clean hotel with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I was especially impressed because they took the time to mail me a diamond necklace that I accidentally left behind. I honestly didn’t think I would get it back, but they went above and beyond to return it to me. Truly excellent service and highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.We parked our car and didn't use it. Trolley runs when it runs very undependable. App was in the process of getting revamped and new drivers training so it may get better.

The lodge was okay but is expected for a 2.5 star rating. The kitchen amenities were useuful although a few appliances like the TV and microwave werent working. The balcony was the highlight of the trip

Such an amazing hotel our room had a beach view and private balcony. Our bed faced the ocean, it doesn’t get much better than that.

Our stay at the Laguna Surf Lodge was absolutely lovely. To begin with, the room was cute, modern, and very clean. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! There are various areas to enjoy the ocean view and sunset. Also, the staff were so kind and friendly. Additionally, we really enjoyed how we were walking distance to so many places.

Absolutely love this place .. I’ve stayed other places in Laguna but this place out does them all . First off the staff is amazing friendly kind and helpful, love love my view I stayed in room 305 !!! Ask for that room thank me later . Thanks for the best memories

Went for our 15+ anniversary and had a wonderful overnight stay (only one night due to parental restrictions.) The room had a great view.. albeit there was an extended roof beneath us. The location was well-suited for walking and was close to Amazing restaurants and a Ralph’s grocery store. The staff including valet, were super helpful. The morning coffee did not disappoint, either (tea was also available). Would definitely have stayed the entire weekend if we could have. Don’t forget your refillable water cantina.. they have a refill station in their welcome area.

We had the 1 bedroom suite. It was clean but the Bathroom is extremely small and our view from the bedroom was the parking lot. So unfortunately for privacy purposes we didn’t open the curtains. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
