Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village

The room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast buffet was just okay and was very crowded even at 7:30. You have to pay for parking, which I think is ridiculous, but so be it. When you checkin they give you the card to scan and then it ask for your info along with your license plate number, which I don’t have memorized, so I had to go back to my car. Point being if you want $25 for parking at least make it convenient.

Front desk young lady, wasn’t very helpful

Staying there . Most of us will choose staying at a hotel again just because of the coffee . Had to walk next door to Starbucks inside Courtyard Marriott . Which will be our next choice when we come back to Orlando . None of the staff was friendly. The maids don’t speak English . The front desk was cordial for the room change offered free water if asked but not welcoming . Like you were bothering them . The shuttle offered very little times to transport you to the parks . We were thankful to have the firefighters drive the shuttles but again we’re very unfriendly and didn’t even tell you where you were . No talking . And yes we tipped them anyways . The pool needs revamped. There is absolutely NO shade . And you’re in FLORIDA!!!!!!! No Umbrellas, no cabanas, out in the open and HOT . The price is great for the stay if you’re not expecting much . If you just need a hot shower , good bed and clean linens , towels etc . The food choices to purchase at the bistro were great . The only down fall there is that there was one employee . Cooking , taking orders, and doing the cash register all at the same time . We made sure we tipped her good because the food was great . Location is terrific close to all parks !!!

No me gustó el cobro diario de 5 dólares por el uso de la piscina, por que también tienen el cobro de parking. Deberían eliminar uno de los 2 por que si no puedes usar la piscina por que eres alérgico al clorox como quiera lo cobran y no debería ser. Entiendo deben orientar a las personas sobre el uso de la piscina que son 5 dólares diarios y que sea opcional para el huésped. Al menos yo no lo sabía, y darle esa opción de que si usa la piscina se le cobrará los 5 dólares, si paga para el uso de la piscina usen pulseras si no pagan no le pongan pulseras.

Overall, our stay was OK, but it didn’t quite meet our expectations for the price. The positives: the hotel was clean and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The biggest issue occurred one evening when we returned to our room around 10 PM and discovered the shower wasn’t working; we called maintenance (which was a very difficult phone number to find) and maintenance arrived around 11 PM. The technician was exceptionally friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, left to get the necessary part, returned about 15 minutes later, and fixed it. We really appreciated his efforts, but unfortunately, after a very long day, we didn’t get to shower until very late that night. We also experienced intermittent flushing issues with the toilet during our stay, although it wasn’t severe enough for us to call maintenance again. Overall, the hotel was clean. The staff was good and the maintenance technician deserves recognition for his professionalism. However, considering the room cost, we expected everything to function properly without these inconveniences.

We lost power a few times while staying on property. Also staff members morning of check out kept knocking at our door before check out time to see if we were ready to check out.

The room was absolutely disgusting like horrible Bm was found on the seat along with hair and tub was dirty

This hotel was near all the parks and to the premium outlets. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Daily cleaning of rooms, breakfast included with stay. Location is ideal for different theme parks.

We stayed for one night before going to our Disney resort. The staff was helpful at check-in and the breakfast. The next morning was great!

Very nice

Fairfield exceeded our expectations! We booked 1.5 room which allowed privacy for our daughter and my husband and I. The pool appeared inviting and clean though we did not get to use it as our main interest was attending Disney parks. Transportation was provided as long as you booked 24th ahead. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near restaurants that weee walking distance. Lived, loved this place!
