SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Marriott Village

The location was key for this property. It was close to the parks, had a great pool area and large breakfast stations ( not big enough for the standard crowd). The rooms were not as big as pictured for a suite - the elevators were slow and questionable and the guy who checked us in had no idea how the parking worked. The civilian in line behind us had to show us how it worked. Overall not a bad Springhill for the location and the price.

Hotel that lacks quality, just okay enough to be "not bad"

Room quality molded leak bottom tub area. At first we thought we may have just wet the floor but no it was a full leak. Patio door had no lock and the glass looked disgusting. Photos can be provided. Complaint about the placement of the ac. This is not something the staff can change but we had to sleep at the foot of the bed and turn the air off because to have it on while sleeping was unbearable. Full blast of dirt and dust blowing in your face because the bed is less than a foot away from the head of the bed. Speaking of beds, both beds have no cushion there was literally a dip in the mattress so on top of it being extremely hard it’s also extremely uncomfortable. Staff entering room. Day 1 everything was changed no issue. Day 2 we split our day and we were in the room from about 2-5:30pm. During that time we saw a housekeeper in the hallway and asked for 4 body/hand & face towels and gave her our old towels and trash. She was extremely nice about it but I cannot remember her name. However, when coming back yesterday we noticed a unicorn towel that was not ours was left in our room, a pen on the floor and now we had none of our towels we were short two hand and face towels. Parking a joke,4 semi trucks took Up 4 space each

Parking was $26 per night. The parking is a little confusing but just register one time The hallways and lobby smelled great. The room smelled musty. We all left feeling congested which could have been from SeaWorld. Free breakfast was great! The pool was nice. Location was good

Nice property and well maintained. My grandkids loved the playground.

El hotel cuando entras tiene buen olor pero en las habitaciones el olor es de mucha humedad las puerta hacia balcón no están buenas el desayuno si es excelente

The location is ten minutes away from disney. When we checked in after a long day, we tried using the shower in room 3276 and hair and toilet paper came out of the drain. We asked to be moved and they did but then we got moved to room 3230 and the AC did not work well so we were uncomfortable sleeping. Very dirty once you get to the hallways and rooms. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast.

The close proximity to Mary Queen of the Universe catholic Church, Premium Outlet, distance and free shuttle to the parks, and their buffet breakfast were a plus and excellent.
