The property is well managed and maintained! The service was impeccable! We loved the complimentary breakfast and the outdoor pool was a very nice touch. I would stay here each and every time I’m in the area.

Breakfast was good.

The location is great if you’re going to Disney. Other wise far from everything else like universal, sea world, downtown Orlando. House keeping will not service your room if you are in the room. They won’t even get your trash! You have to leave trash and dirty linen outside the room. And you have to ask for trash bags and clean towels and wash cloths. And front desk wasn’t nice about it. Short Hispanic girl with glasses I forgot her name! When I asked why weren’t we made aware of these “policy’s” she said “maybe it’s a language barrier “ mind you I speak Spanish too!!!! Also parking is not included in the fees! It’s additional. Other than that everything else was good especially the breakfast.

Loved the hotel. The front desk staff let me check in early because I was a Marriott member even though I booked through Expedia. Room was nice and clean for the most part. A few missed spots but nothing drastic that I couldn’t get with a Clorox wipe and Lysol. We were also able to leave or luggage in a luggage room since our flight was scheduled late at night which was a big plus. Will definitely stay there again.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights. Our room was cleaned once. We went to a different park every day, it would be late when we would return, ready for showers and bed. We called several times for fresh towels, sometimes they would bring them and sometimes not. Other than that, we had no complaints. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Flamingos restaurant was delicious also. And we enjoyed the pool.

Great pool, nice breakfast, big and clean rooms. Very busy when we stayed but pool was still super clean! I wish they didn’t charge extra for parking.

We booked a king size room for our anniversary and when we got to the room is it two queen size beds. When we went downstairs to complain and get the room we originally booked they said the king room was under maintenance and they upgraded us. We tried explaining that one that was not the room we booked and two it’s our anniversary so we would like one bed.

Location The shower water flow is terrible. I literally waited to vacate my room because of it.

Breakfast was very good.

We had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived. However, once it was brought up to management, it was handled immediately.
