Nice Ambience.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable, the feeling of home absent the responsibility of cleaning and cooking. Didn't utilize the amenities as it was a short stay and most the days was spent outside the facility.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It’s a quick trip into Disney, the location is perfect for a Disney visit. The Mickey waffles are the same as on Disney property. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels at Flamingo Crossings and have been disappointed but wanted to give Residence Inn a chance. From the minute we walked in, the lobby looked and smelled clean. The front office staff were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was clean and perfect for our adult family of 4. Our hotel room had 2 separate rooms - one the bedroom area and the other a kitchen/living area. (The only downfall of the room was the shower “door”. The door is only a half glass wall that doesn’t close/or long enough and because of this design flaw, showering got the bathroom floor wet!) Breakfast was amazing. So MANY options - even a gluten free waffle option - which was a pleasant surprise for our gluten free family member. Another perk of this hotel was the automatic yogurt machine. This is a great option for a sweet treat!!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Clean, spacious newer rooms with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Well equipped kitchens and free breakfast. 7 minutes from the parks.

I slept really well after the pool closed. Next time I'll request a room away from the pool because it's hot in Florida and the pool is open late. Not the hotel's fault.

Stayed a week! We had two adjoining suites. Had a small hiccup with one of the air conditioners, but maintenance came right away and fixed the issue.

The front desk employees were very kind. It's in a wonderful location, and close to all four Disney parks. Using Uber or Lyft to travel back and forth between the hotel and parks was fairly effortless. However, I would use extreme CAUTION if you're considering booking this hotel-especially through a third party! I've booked over 40 stays through Booking.com over the past few years. I've always had positive experiences. However, my experience this time was incredibly unethical. Upon check-in, the hotel said that they never received payment from "Booking" BUT "Booking" said that they had sent them payment. Both parties said that they would investigate the situation. I provided my credit card for incidentals. Even though I was confused, I assumed that since I had provided payment to Booking for this hotel stay, the two parties would work it out between themselves. I was fairly distracted throughout my stay because I seemed to be the only one who was concerned about the issue being resolved (no updates, and no resolution each time that I inquired). On the day of my check-out, the hotel sent me an email (the only email) showing a zero charge (as I expected-I didn't have any incidentals, and I left the room as it was when I checked-in). I, mistakingly, assumed that they had resolved the issue between themselves and Booking. However, two weeks later, after reviewing my credit card statement, I saw that they charged the amount of my stay (the same amount that I had already paid to Booking). I never received an invoice either. Therefore, I paid TWICE for the same hotel stay! ***I reached out to MARRIOTT CORPORATE hoping they would evoke some oversight on this particular hotel, but I didn't receive any response. ***I reached out to BOOKING CORPORATE, and I did receive several communications. Also, Booking assigned one person (Emily H., thank you for all of your effort!) to assist in resolving this issue, and to stay in contact with me. She attempted to reach this hotel numerous times-each without any response.
