Great room and service!

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my two children’s birthdays, and unfortunately, our stay started off very poorly. I booked through Expedia and specifically reserved a two-bedroom suite with one bedroom having two queen beds and its own bathroom, and the second bedroom having one king bed and its own bathroom. Instead, we were given one king bed and one queen bed. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was immediately told it was Expedia’s fault. There was no apology, no effort to find a solution, and the employee who help checked us in was rude and dismissive. To the point that I had to spend another 500$ to get another room. She also said here she comes again 😠when I came down to get the second room. We were also told housekeeping would clean our room every other day, but our room was never serviced during our stay, leaving us to reuse towels and clean up ourselves. As a Marriott property, I expected much better. The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Tina, (I hope I have her name correct)who helped me on the morning of checkout. She listened, showed genuine empathy, and treated me with respect. I even told her I wished she had been there at check-in because I believe our experience would have been completely different. Tina is an outstanding employee and deserves recognition. I hope management addresses both the reservation process and the customer service at check-in so other families don’t have the same disappointing experience.

This property is nice, clean, modern and well located, with nearby stores and great restaurants to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service from Jesus at front desk, he is very friendly and professional. This hotel It’s close to flamingo crossing villages which is a nice outdoor shopping area featuring many different stores and restaurants including a more traditional Italian, also a great Japanese barbecue restaurant and many more budget options such as Chipotle, Panda Express, Lime, etc. The property is clean and has a very nice pool area, as well as very well kept landscaping and lit parking lot areas. Rooms are modern and well equipped with a nice kitchen. Breakfast buffet included is also great. Will definitely recommend this place for a great Orlando trip since the hotel is conveniently situated nearby Disney parks. A+

I honestly can’t think of anything that needed improvement. We requested a pool view on a higher floor and they did just that. The breakfast was better than most. So many options and there was something different each day. We ordered from the grill one night and food was great. Pool was clean and never crowded. The front desk staff stopped whatever they were doing if I walked up and gave me their full attention and were genuinely kind. The bed was so comfortable, ac cold, shower hot, and we loved the layout of the room too. We used the shuttle to Disney one day and that was so convenient. The kitchen was geeat. The full size fridge and a stovetop were nice too. Housekeeping did great tidying up. This will be our go to hotel for future visits.

We never got room cleaning. We were told it would be every other day, No one showed up for our three night stay.

Great place to stay after a long day at Walt Disney World! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was standard but offered a nice variety and was a convenient way to start the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel with extremely modern and clean rooms the overall experience was smooth sailing and the location- superb there’s a Target, Walgreens and even food options near by I’d totally stay again the parking cost however is pricey 20 bucks per day could be lower !

We chose this hotel mainly for the shuttle and laundry. Trying to book the shuttle to theme parks was nearly impossible, there were only a few scheduled times and you had to book 24 hours in advance. We were there for 3 days and unable to secure a reservation any of those days. There was laundry but it only accepted coins and two machines were out of order. The pool looked amazing but the music was pretty loud from open to close. Staff were helpful, parks were pretty close and breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and well appointed as well. The hotel itself was nice but the amenities need some attention!
