The rooms were attractive, clean and comfortably appointed. The pool and pool bar were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat! All of the offerings right across the street were so convenient. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken and would lock you inside! The pillows are terrible. The breakfast hot offerings are sub par and that’s being generous.

I loved the different breakfast on different days. Their waffle mixed is amazing, definitely need that recipe lol. When me and my fiancé stayed there for his birthday, we sat outside by the fire pit and lit it up ourselves, and drank wine and played games and no one bothered us. Definitely a memorable night. Thank you. The only thing I did not like is how packed the weekend would get for breakfast. Everyone in your way, and the lack of home training from some people, but you definitely cannot control that. Also, on our last day for checkout time, we were getting ready to head out, and pack our final essentials, and room keeping kept knocking on our door asking if we’re checking out. They knocked a total of 3 times in a 10 minute time frame. And at one point when they knocked, we were busy packing and they took it upon themselves to open the room door, like hello? What type of work training comes with that? Seems as if there was a lack of patience.

The location was wonderful. Very close and walking distance to food and shops. The hotel was clean and had a great morning buffet. The staff were very friendly.

Exceptional

Room features were very good. Musty smell in room was a turn off but I acclimated to it pretty quickly. Breakfast was atrocious. If I had it to do over I’d stick to fruit and juice! $20 parking is pretty petty, too since no one staying here arrives without a car to park; parking fees should be domain of hotels that are served by multiple modes of transportation and the fee covers an amenity that not all guests use.

The property was amazing with the nice pool and drinks available at the pool area. My daughter found a cherry stem in her bed and that creeped her out. They don't have cherries at the breakfast bar so I don't know how it got there. Then she asked if the beds have been changed. I told her yes because there wasn't any indentations from bodies. The staff was amazing but that through us off. We didn't use bedspreads or blankets because you know they don't change them ever unless they look dirty. I always bring a blanket and she didn't have one for son so I gave her mine and I used body towels. Overall it's close to Disney but it costs $30 a night to park there. It's better than going back on I-4.

The room size was great and the full size refrigerator was a bonus. We didn't have time for the pool, but it looked nice. The location was perfect for us. We were visiting family and the nearby stores and restaurants were convenient. The included breakfast sausage and bacon choices could be improved. And, breakfast was very busy, so finding a seat could be a problem.

Staff was so nice
