Everything was wonderful. The room was spotless, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I would happily stay here again.

Service was great, staff were friendly and rooms clean.

Room was hot whole stay, didn’t get below 75* in the room even at night or when storming. I said something to the front desk they sent maintenance up a hour later, maintenance tried to fix it, but said that if it did not cool off that they would switch my room the second night of my stay. The next morning I asked an employee about switching rooms, where I was told they were booked. Every time that I would mention it to the front desk, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and that they could not do anything for me because they were booked. We were very uncomfortable the whole time as it’s hot in Florida in July, the only relief that we could get was the pool when it wasn’t raining and we could find a spot to sit. They definitely need to do some upgrades to the waterslide because every time that a bigger kid goes down it moves significantly. The room smelled like cat spray & wet dog when we checked in, but like I said they were booked so nothing was done. Nothing was offered. I spent over $600 for three nights plus parking and deposit and did not have a good time at all. They either need better management or better staff at the front desk & in housekeeping.

It was such a relaxing experience and there were so many amenities offered. It truly was a place every member of your family can enjoy.

My family and I found our stay to be truly amazing. The room was incredibly spacious and it was outfitted with all the amenities you’d need for an extended stay. My family stayed 8 nights and we never felt under equipped. Furthermore, hats off to housekeeping who would ensure our room remained how it appeared as we first walked through the door. Can’t wait to come again!

Clean rooms, parking spots fill up fast but there is an parking garage behind their sister hotel(Homewood Suites). Staff were nice, and nice pool.

I wasnt aware that they will be a parking fee of $20 a day had to keep asking for towels and for garbage to be trown out also they have a team member with a nasty attitude

My family and I had a great time for our Disney vacation. Since we travel as a family of six having free breakfast every morning, was a tremendous savings. The only thing I will complain about is the pool area at times has a horrible stench of sewage at times, something they definitely need to work on. But overall we had a great week long vacation.

the frontdesk staff were not friendly at all. they dont even look at their guests when asking questions. and they are not friendly at all. blunt faces and not welcoming. most specially the older white haired lady.

Todo muy bien muy familiar me eh hospedado en varias ocasiones me encanta. Lo único que deben mejorar es el desayuno. De lo demás todo muy bien

I really enjoyed our stay for the 4th of July weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and we're able to check in. Our dog was with us and was welcomed. We will be returning in October and I look forward to staying again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and everything was exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience
