Great experience and close to Disney!

The Good: Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, an excellent choice for large families, especially those looking to save on their Disney vacation. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, especially the manager and the girl on night shift. So polite and kind and helpful. The Bad: Parking is limited. We got back late from Magic Kingdom to find all spaces taken, despite paying every night for our parking. We had to park in a nearby hotel’s parking garage and walk all the way back with 3 sleepy kids which wasn’t fun. We were not warned ahead of time that this could happen. Breakfast has a lot of options of mediocre food, and the lines for it rival Disney’s. We mostly just grabbed some milk and fruit and ate our own food in our room. We did use an induction cooktop provided by the hotel, which was great, but note the included skillet is small and ours was dirty I had to wash it. I recommend bringing your own dish soap and dishwasher detergent if you intend to do a lot of cooking/eating in your room, as the provided soap isn’t very good. One more thing to note is that the free shuttle to the parks is very specific on the times it leaves and picks you up, and is not convenient for families with young children who take their time. The reservations for it fill up fast, so if you are going to use it be fast.

The rooms are larger than an average hotel room. Easily fits are family of 4-6 when we travel to the Orlando area. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is good, however get there early as the seating can fill up quickly. We will continue to stay here for future stays.

Room, breakfast and staff were great — it’s an outrage, however, that they add a parking charge. It’s literally impossible to get and go anywhere from there wideout a car. This is just another add-on charge like a resort fee to increase their profits while advertising a low rate.

Clean and very nice

Everything was clean. Very nice resort. Pool was great too. Queen beds felt small like a double.

Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were spacious! The only issue I had was the shuttle service I wasn’t aware that you had to book 24 hours before the departure to get on the shuttle. But other than that the stay was great!

The refrigerator didn’t work. It wouldn’t cool adequately and the freezer didn’t work at all. Called for maintenance and they did nothing effective.

Shuttle services were weird timing but everything else was great!!

Also pillows were not typical of our previous stays at this particular Hilton. In the past the pillows were wonderful and soft. This past time they were heavy, floppy and visibly lumpy without softness. They were like a bean bag consistency. Requested new pillows and replacements were a bit better but pillowcase had a 2" blood stain on it that laundry staff allowed to pass as okay to continue to use for guests. Hopeful that Hilton hasn't lowered their standards and is lowering the bar on guest experience. Am willing to give them as another chance and update review pending being contacted by management.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, pool and gym were also clean. Close to Disney and having a target across the street was so convenient.

It was awesome. The place, foods, facilities , services and the experience in the hotel was great. Definitely willill recommend to friends.
