Great hotel incredible price and employees are great

Hilton is a fantastic hotel chain. Thank you for all the great work; however, on this family trip, I have stayed at the same chain in other cities. While we loved the Orlando hotel—as well as the service and amenities—the cleanliness was very poor: the carpets felt very dusty, there was some mold in the shower, and it didn't smell clean like it usually does. We found this very strange. Please don't let your quality slip. Thank you

Hotel was ok, breakfast was ok, but I would've stayed somewhere else had I noted the parking fee.

I liked that the property had grills on site for the customers to use. Also that the breakfast was well stocked!

The hotel and the rooms were very clean

Everything was clean and smelled great. The amenities are very nice….great pool with a slide and waterfall….loved the kitchenette too it was very convenient especially since I was traveling with a toddler. The location was super convenient too….multiple stores and restaurants across the way. Safe area!!! And 25 minutes to Sea World was perfect for me. The staff was very nice too. I didn’t expect cleaning everyday but they did and I appreciated that too. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

The pool wasn’t as clean. There were hair and the water was murky. We couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. On the positive side, we still appreciated the hotel's close proximity to Disney, and the waterslide Overall, we were disappointed that the experience didn't live up to our previous stay. Because of that, we'll likely try a different hotel on our next visit.

We will definitely stay here again.

Only a few things to be considered.. the bathroom in our room could be better cleaned, the faucet was out of place into the sink and was clogged (i didn't reported, my bad). I recommended and I will be back again.

We were not able to check in until well after check in time. System was down, no apologies, no nothing. Did not get in to our room until after 8:30 p.m.

Upon arrival we had a hard time checking in because I made the reservations and I didn’t have a piece of ID with my name and a picture. I had the confirmation email and my husband had all his IDs but for some reason it wasn’t enough. The rooms were ok. The grounds outside were nice with many grills, fire pits and tables. The pool seemed nice but we didn’t use any of the outdoor facilities. Breakfast was ok.
