SpringHill Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

Great property, close to Disney.

Our overall experience at SpringHill was great. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the facilities were enjoyable. The only takeaways were that the theme park shuttle filled up quickly, our phone reception was terrible (no service and WiFi didn’t work), and random hairs were found throughout the room (even after cleanings - in bed sheets & towels). The hotel was very close to the Disney World which was nice after long park days.

Clean super nice staff

Stayed with my fam, had a fantastic time. Very conveniently located with ample parking and a target and restaurants at walking distance. Beds were super comfortable and spacious rooms. Pool was great for kids and great breakfast, they made small changes to it every day so didn’t feel like your eating the same thing every day. Staff was really friendly however not so much the house keeping. We asked for an extra pillow but never got it over the 4 days we stayed, asked to take away the dirty towels and ( personally spoke to 2 house keeping staff and called too), didn’t take it so that was the only disappointing part. Otherwise the hotel and stay was fantastic.

Only complaint is the parking. You pay a nightly fee for parking but then you have to park super far away in the evening.

Great location if you plan going to any of the Disney parks, good breakfast.

Everything was great! Celebrated my 40th Birthday! Thank you Ryan the Manager the Bar tender Casey and the Flamingo restaurant manager for a great steak. :)

Continental breakfast was crazy. People were all over the place. I commend the staff. They tried to do their best to keep everything clean, but it was just how next time I’ll go somewhere without a breakfast and the biggest problem was the water pressure in the room taking a shower was practically impossible

Everything was impeccable. The only thing I feel they should rethink is the charging for the Parking lot but it was worth it

We liked how the room was setup. The pillows and bed were very comfortable

Great staff and accommodations

Clean room, great breakfast, good bar/restaurant, friendly staff and quiet rooms!

Terrible experience, staff was not friendly, not helpful. Very rude. They charge extra for parking space each day. Even they refused to givr sugar or Splenda. We asked help for the laundry to open the door. They refused to do so. Why, I m writing this review to understand you guys beware.

Clean rooms and breakfast

Now even though this property isn't on the resort, it is still near the area and they do provide shuttlle buses to disney world if thats what you want. This hotel had a beautiful pool, a restaurant, arcade. Its some nearby eateries and shopping centers. I loved this hotel and I want and hope to come back to.
