Everything was so clean and nice. The staff was super friendly. No complaints

Breakfast is convenient and near main lobby! No house keeping everyday is acceptable but at least throw the garbage.

My room was not clean. And the air conditioner did not work good. The hassle i was having to scan and then pay for the parking. They should be a simpler way to pay for the parking.

Hotel is good but the cleaning crew did not clean your room good. They leave washroom as it is and you need to put multiple request with desk if you run out supplies. Cleaning crew speaks Spaniah only and very poor English.

The refrigerator emitted a foul smell and failed to operate and the breakfast can improve.

Everything except the kids at the breakfast they were everywhere Kids taking to much for for breakfast

Property was good clean and very close to the parks With a two night stay you did not get room cleaning. We had to go downstairs and get our own towels because they weren’t replaced.

We have always loved staying here. Especially for the fabulous pool and wonderful breakfast. This time, the wifi internet was very unreliable...not sure if it's the area or the hotel. The bathroom needs some updating as well. Shower leaked from the bottom and very little places to hang towels, etc. in the bathroom.

The room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for a family of 4. Plus additional room/space if you need to work while you are there. We usually stay at Springhill Suites for this added space, as we know exactly what the room will look like. Walk in closet that allows you to store clothing and suitcases, so the room doesn't feel messy. Housekeeper checked on us to see if we needed anything, which was an added perk if you need more towels, etc. The staff was great! Everything in the hotel was kept up and clean. Breakfast is fantastic, and a great perk while staying here. They do have a Starbucks coffee bar on site, for your coffee needs before heading to the park. We saw many families enjoying the pool and hot tub on relaxation days. Excellent hotel if going to the Disney parks. Parking is an additional charge, so be mindful of that in your budget. Mini fridge in the room is great, but not a freezer. If a full refrigerator is needed, they have their sister property right next door. Room is contemporary, so it does not feel dated. Would definitely stay here again.

El área es muy tranquilo sin embargo tiene una tienda de conveniencia al otro lado de la calle así como restaurantes , dentro del hotel la piscina es lo mejor, la temperatura es templada y agradable, a quien te recibe debes preguntar por el funcionamiento y uso del teléfono, aire acondicionado, gimnasio y juegos al lado de la piscina para poder disfrutar mejor tu estadía.
