Location and the target next door Didn’t use the pool but it looked great Everything was great

Having said this, our room was never cleaned, bed sheets never changed, no fresh clean towels.We arrived on Saturday & left on Wednesday; for a total of 5 days. We called about not having fresh sheets and towels and the room not being cleaned. We were told that all this would happen the following day. It did not. We called again & asked for towels, again we were told we would receive them, we never did. We called again & someone brought up clean towels. They never took the dirty ones—just handed clean ones at the door. We were told ( another phone call), they would change the sheets, but we needed to be out of the room. I asked about how long until they come up to our room. They said about 10 minutes. We waited & waited. They never showed up. We went out for the evening, thinking when we come back, they would have changed the sheets. Again,no!!! This is completely UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!!!!!!! This is not a cheap hotel, we expect what we paid for. We spoke to the manager, the day we were leaving. He apologized, said if we are rewards members; he would add an additional 500 points. That is an insult!!!! That’s worth about $4.00 !!! This time spent here was completely unexceptabl! I want to be compensated for what I paid for & did NOT GET! I am outraged, to put it mildly!

Breakfast area was spacious and selection of foods was excellent. Location was handy for our travels.

The rooms are starting to show their age, but this is still an excellent hotel and the only one in Flamingo Crossing with a hot tub. Great pool, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Staff are fantastic.

Pool was nice and clean, the hot tub worked and at a nice temperature. They had lots to do, a pool table, corn hole, a ping pong. They had a bar and grill that offered inside and outside seating. Everything great!!

Great breakfast included

This hotel was very close to the parks and very nice. The lobby was updated and the room was okay. The biggest issue we had was the room would get unbelievably muggy during the day. We would change to thermostat in the morning before we left to make sure the room was cold when we came back after a long day in the hot Florida sun, only to come back to a very warm and moist room. We didn’t take super hot showers so there was no reason for the humid air. We told a man at the front desk and he said to just make sure we lowered the thermostat (which we did and told him that). He simply didn’t understand that we were telling him it simply didn’t work. We also didn’t get any service until the night before we checked out so we had to ask for towels at the front desk every night. Other than those issues, the hotel was nice, most of the staff were nice. Questionable as to whether we would stay here again but in general this wasn’t a bad hotel.

Gorgeous pool and outdoor bar. Beds were comfortable and clean. Great proximity to parks. Convenient if your child/young adult is part of Disney College program. Parking fee
