Great breakfast, wonderful staff. Excellent pool area, nice location if going to the Disney parks. Housekeeping could be improved upon. They cleaned the room, but left trash in it, didn’t refill soap bottles, etc. The front desk helped in getting what was needed. Also, wish you didn’t have to pay for parking.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. My family and I love this hotel for many reasons. First, the proximity to Walt Disney world is amazing, little fact: the Disney college kids stay in this plaza. Second, flamingo crossing (the plaza the hotel is in) has EVERYTHING you could need to make this hotel a “home away from home”. There’s a Target (small), a Walgreens, a 7/11, a Dunkin’, and several restaurants just across the street from the hotel. Third, the free (included) breakfast in the morning is super, it includes Mickey waffles!! Fourth, the hotel is kept so clean and neat. Someone is always around making sure the towels are picked up and at breakfast so much staff cleaning tables and dishes. Lastly is the staff, everyone is so nice and helpful. I want to mention the parking, no complaints from us, you do have to pay but I didn’t think the price was bad and didn’t feel under leaving my car parked there. If I was to list one complaint, it would be that the washer and dryers could use some upgrading. Not all of the machines are functional and the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes, 2 cycles. At $4.50 a cycle, that’s a lot. But didn’t ruin any aspect of our trip.
