we asked the front desk to have our room cleaned even though the property does every other day, He said he would take care of it...but was never done.

Everything was perfect

Clean, great staff, excellent rooms

The hotel was mostly clean but showed its age with paint and other "fixes". The front desk worker was nasty upon checkout. I won't stay here again because of the attitude of the young female front desk employee who worked on Friday (7/17) when we checked out.

Absolutely loved the property. Was a short trip to Disney via UBER. I thought it was free parking but it was $17 per day. (I sweat it said free parking) Anyway it was very close to other conveniences, Target,Walgreens, 5 Below, restaurants, etc. All walking distance if you liked. The pool and Arcade were great, Breakfast Great, Food from bar in the evening was .... GREAT! We really liked it. We didn't use the shuttle because you need to book in advance. It was just easier for us to UBER.

This is an excellent family friendly option for staying off property from Disney. It’s one intersection from a Disney entrance. There are lots of food options nearby if you don’t eat at the Flamingo restaurant. There is a pharmacy and Target across the street. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Why stay anywhere else?

The staff cleaned our room very well during the duration of our trip and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, but lack variety from day to day. It is definitely family friendly. We had an issue our first day and night where our A/C unit did not work and was leaking on the carpet. We were changed to another room which was kind of a hustle after unpacking. But, overall it was a good stay.

Overall, the stay was great. Perfect for our Disney trip, and within unbelievably easy walking distance of a Walgreens and Target. One critique was a weirdly flushing toilet, but it didn’t cause any issues.

we have stayed here many times. not sure if this was a 1 time off scenario, we noticed the carpets in the hall on need to be vacuumed better or just replaced with flooring, we had to ask repeatedly for soap since the bottles in our shower were empty. For whatever reason the AC wasn't working and it took 2 days to fix, The house keeping for our room wasn't the best, in past stays we have had better. Food was good, pool is great especially for littles. Not sure why but the fire alarm went off at 11pm and management said false alarm , we all had to evacuate with 2 little sleeping kids. but since you get a kitchen in the room, not sure if someone just burnt whatever late night cooking, My biggest pet peeve was the amount of "skunk" smell that traveled through out the lobby and elevators. walking back from the parking lot you could tell which cars were baked out and that smell lingered through out.

The gym was way smaller than expected pool was only 5 feet deep the bar was just as expensive as the cocktails at the Disney parks. Not worth the money.

As a family, this place suits us very well. The pool is beautiful! The poolside bar and grill had great food. The room is spacious, having a place to cook, and an extra bed is a must!! The breakfast deal is a money saver for us as well. When we checked in there was a snafu on my part and the front desk was absolutely wonderful in helping us!!! We love it here.
