TownePlace Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

Very nice hotel for families traveling to the Disney parks. Well maintained despite the heavy flow of tourists. The $17 per day - per vehicle for parking was a bit of a buzz kill, but I guess is what it is.

Kind of silly that they charge 17 bucks to park on the property even if you stay there, freakin ridiculous. I’ll be sure to ask if there’s a parking charge and if yes I’ll move on.

I went there for one night and me and my family have a great time. The room was clean. The breakfast was good too

The staff were respectful - especially Carlos. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary; however, we decided against it and went to a great breakfast spot literally across the street. Food was fresh and more options.

Front Desk Staff is the best, congrats! Flamingo Bar & Restaurant staff the worst, rude and incompetent. Hotel facilities are great, however the amenities are mediocre, including the breakfast, neither was able to take the shuttle to the park because it was not available very quickly. I would consider to stay again, price was reasonably fair.

It was a good hotel for the money spent. The only issue is when you open the couch into a bed for the kids in a king size room the fold out bed hits the king size bed and there is no room to walk between the beds. I wish the room was 1 foot wider.

Breakfast and pool were great

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was great. However, we chose this hotel because of the shuttle to WDW, and we were never able to use it. The shuttle is run by an outside company, and you have to reserve it within 24 hours of departure. Every single time I tried to book, it was full. There were a maximum of 2 departures each day, and not always in time to be at the park for opening. I messages the company to ask about booking a return without an outbound and never got a response. We ended up unusually g Uber back and forth to the parks all week.

Location Rooms are a good size. Always a good breakfast. It was hot in our room. My husband called maintenance. He came up said it was 65. It didn’t feel like 65. We were sweating all night. I didn’t how they didn’t seem to care

I booked this hotel based on shuttle to and from the Disney parks. I call after next morning when we’re on the way to make sure of this service as well as a few other things. We asked what times that the shuttle service runs and their response was twice a day in just the morning and now I have to drive to the park and pay $35 on top of now the nonsense parking fee to stay at this hotel is ridiculous as well!! I couldn’t cancel the reservation due to being that day without losing all my money. False advertising on their website
