We loved the pool, kitchen in the room with good utensils and large closet. Comfortable beds, great linen and nice decor. What could be improved is the washing and drying machine service - it’s a cash system that also requires you to buy laundry detergent. For one wash that’s inefficient and I’d much prefer a card tap payment option so I don’t have to withdraw money at the machine which as a foreigner charges a large transaction fee. I’d also recommend adding more Shuttle service to the attractions - we tried booking shortly after it was available and it was already full. Loved the staff, great breakfast, the kids were into the Mickey Mouse waffles and I liked the healthy options ;)

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel from beginning to end. The staff was always ready to assist you with your questions and/or needs. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. While still having to pay for parking, there was plenty of spaces available. The small kitchenette was nice even though we only used the refrigerator. I would definitely recommend staying there and will book again for our next trip to the area.

Our stay here was amazing! It was close to all of the parks we visited. There was always parking. Our room was cool and inviting, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Alexis in the cafeteria was vey kind, friendly, super cool to talk to, informative and always reminded us to take water and fruits with us. The pool and hot tub are awesome, they stay open til 11pm and that was great! The bar/restaurant was nice- a little on the expensive side but convenient for a quick bite. I would 1000% stay here again. Already planning my next trip. Absolutely loved this hotel! And the little Disney section downstairs totally fed my excitement about my vacation. They have an awesome breakfast buffet every morning, and the choices are so good!!! Loved my Mickey waffles every morning. If I’m down in Florida, this is where I will stay!

Free breakfast was a bonus for family. It’s open at 6:30am. You can have Micky shaped waffles.

We had an amazing stay here! Taylor at the front desk was so sweet and kind, and answered all my questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and was always keep fully stocked by the incredible waitstaff. And they had the most amazing mickey waffles that changed flavor daily! Flamingos Bar and Grille had yummy food and drinks as well. Check in and out was flawless. We will definitely be back here!

Clean but basic hotel. The shuttle to Disney only runs once or twice a day making it difficult if you don’t have a car. We utilized Uber to get around. Pool is ok, hot tub is always full. Breakfast in the morning is insane, get there early.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast staff were amazing. The check in counter was always staffed and were happy to answer any questions. We had two minor issues. The bus service to the parks was not good. It was only one bus that went to all four parks at different times. None of the times lined up with open or close and it was hard to book. The other issue was room cleaning service was often missed by staff. This was brought up to the desk and they addressed the issue after the third attempt. In saying all of this the hotel was very clean overall and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent and facilitated a late checkout for us, and were all around wonderful! Thank you for the wonderful time and we’ll definitely be back!

Very close to Disney parks and they have free shuttle buses to Magic kingdom and Disney parks not for universal studios!

However, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. The bathroom ventilation fan was not working, and the AC made some noticeable sounds while running. These issues didn’t completely affect our stay, but addressing them would make the rooms more comfortable and improve the overall guest experience. Overall, a good hotel with friendly service, but the room maintenance could use some attention.

First time at this hotel!! Way better than staying at a Disney resort. I got such a good deal plus the breakfast buffet was amazing!! Pool area and bar/grill had a very cool setup. Will be staying again they even offered transportation to Disney parks. They also allowed me early check in with no issues. Had no issues in any area of our stay 10/10

Free breakfast in the morning is always a plus!! Mickey waffles always a plus plus! Loved using the pool after those longer days out thank goodness it was open later in the evening. The staff was super helpful. Only thing that was not so good were the pillows unfortunately but after being so tired at the end of the day you still will sleep on them regardless

Everything is clean but do not do every day housekeeping for rooms. Do not collect garbage inside rooms, change towels, replenish amenities

The room was also extremely hot. The temperature would cool down for about 30 minutes and then climb back up to around 77 degrees. We ended up having to purchase fans just to make the room comfortable enough to stay in. This was very disappointing, especially considering the condition of the room when we arrived and the fact that we had to spend additional money on cleaning supplies and fans. I would like this issue addressed and would appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred.

Paid a week in the hotel, for medical reasons needed to check out 2 days earlier, informed the front desk ahead of time, since I booked via Hotels.com, they asked to reach out to them for refund, as per front desk they will have no problem doing it. I contacted Hotels.com and after they talked to the manager, the hotel refused to refund for the 2 unused nights, despite was a medical reason and not honoring their own policy, very disappointing since it was my go to for me and my family, not what’s you expect from a Marriott Manage property. Called many times to try to talk to the manager, nobody pick up, STAY AWAY!
