Close to Disney parks and restaurants. The breakfasts where nice and the restaurant by the pool was good.The pool was nice.Loved the full kitchen in the room. Staff was nice. Parking is not included but other places were more expensive. The Disney shuttle has to be reserved 24 hours prior exactly.

Only issue we had was the ac leaked on the carpet and it took the staff 3 days to switch out our fridge after multiple complaints and our food going bad.

Shame there are zero USB or USC charging ports in any room. Some maintenance issues, a/c in room 515 only worked so so. Said it was 72 degrees in room but it was not. My own thermometer said it was 76. Cooled down at night. Hair dryer didn’t work in room had to ask for another one. All that stuff should be checked out by staff every day. Coffee had 3 decaf and 1 regular. Cream packets had clearly gotten wet by previous person and were gross when opened. Had to throw away. Paint scuffs, clean corners and trim.

Nice place good people!!

This hotel was perfect for me and my 13 year old. I loved the location with plenty of restaurants right across the street including DD which was part of my daily morning walk. Breakfast was great and convenient and I really appreciated how hard the staff was working trying to maintain cleanliness given how crowded and measy it would get at peak breakfast time. Pool was a nice size but in July it should be filled with colder water as by noon it would be too warm and unpleasant. We had three room cleanings throughout our stay and consistency was lacking - we were forgotten and had to call the first time, second was very basic, just towel replacement and beds, third was really thorough which was great - wish all services were like that. Overall, for the price, this was a great stay and I would return in the future.

We had a great stay! The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and very clean. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The pool is large and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price. We would definitely stay here again! 😊

Beds were a little hard for my liking but other than that everything was great. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were great my check in was at 4pm but I got there at 1:45 and they still got me checked in so I didn’t miss anything while I was there.

we asked the front desk to have our room cleaned even though the property does every other day, He said he would take care of it...but was never done.
