Best Western Inn & Suites - Lake Charles

A lot of stuff was already broken once we arrived. It was an okay stay, may just go somewhere else next time!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!

Room staff very attentive. Office staff were not. Tried to charge extra for early check in. Wi-Fi did not work entire stay. Staff made excuses about problem. Waffle maker was aweful.

Strong smell of mildew, window was shattered, staff seen they didn’t care

Room was clean, but there was no water pressure and the tub was very slippery. Breakfast was well stocked, but was not cleaned very well during serving times. I watched the attendant walk by trash left on the counter and wipe crumbs on the floor. During our 2 day stay, luggage was left by the front door and then eventually moved to the curb by the street, which was a little creepy. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Just wish the water pressure was better, especially after a long day in the heat.

Room were clean and the staff was super nice and very helpful.

The pictures of the hotel and amenities are AI generated so don't base your stay on the photos and make sure you look at the information below where you book your room because on top of the price of the room you have a deposit you have to pay before you can check in and you should pay that in cash if you want it back anytime soon I mean it only takes them a min. to pull it off your card

Needed a good overnight stay at a simple and convenient location. No Issues.

Everything was nice and comfortable besides the air condition it’s was hot inside the room .

Older hotel. Wasn’t as cool as we have wished with warmer weather. We only needed a place to lay heads as we were in town for tournament, so did its job.

Close to restaurant. Room was clean and the air conditioner worked great

Front desk personal was very nice Place is dirty. Safety door lock was broken.

There were bugs and hair in our room so they moved us to another room and it was full of hair in tub. Also had and food in fridge

Location was good evening was close by The room had a moldy smell the shower head was so bad bearely any water coming out the bed was so hard and they definitely need to get new towels and bedding also the pillows were clumpy and hard

El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable.
