It was close to the interstate. You could tell they were trying to update and clean up the hotel but it still had roaches.

Baf service, also charging me 30 fee , crazy people outside, didn't feel safe

Its in a convenient location and the staff was kind. The location was quiet. I want to start off first by saying the staff were professional, kind and did try to fix the situations I had. I appreciate that. What I wasn’t expecting was the additional deposit due to my dog. What concerned me more was the “we may not have a room for you because we are booked” comment when I was checking in. I had made this reservation well in advance so that was alarming after spending 5 1/2 hours on the road. I was told that the TV in the room was not working which was fine due to my kids and I having our tablets. We made do. My only concerns were getting a room and making sure the AC worked as well as the internet. Which they both did so I was content. The room I had did not seem to be cleaned or if it was it wasn’t done well. The room smelt of urine, and there was used soap in the bathroom. There were some other things I found but didn’t want to feel like I was nitpicking. The office staff did come to address my issue but I still went out and got stuff to help with the smell.

But I ask for handicap room and they gave me a room up stairs room # 203 and no handicap parking .The room was some what clean but bed smell like pee, the sink had mildew, TV didn't work right. I couldn't turn the tv on so the young man came and turned it on. But we couldn't turned it off so it stayed on all night. The bed was so hard we slept on the edge of the bed of each side. Would not stay there ever again

My room wasn’t clean! she mattress cover had mold!!!! When i asked for a new room i was told they didn’t have any more rooms which is hard to believe! i only needed the room to study as i just started school and needed a quiet place to myself but i will NOT be going back there😂!

1. The hole place is dirty and looks nasty. 2. My room smelled like if it hasn't been cleaned in a while 3. The air conditioner unit fan made a fakin noise that we could barely sleep! 4. All beding, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc smelled like, I don't know to explain it, but they didn't smell fresh. 5. No coffee. I truly don't recommend this place. I got there by mistake and I couldn't do anything to cancel the room, so we had to stay and had one of our worst nights in a hotel. Oh, I almost forgot, they even charged the $30 dollars from the deposit for no reason. They just did it!

The inside of the rooms were updated and clean. The location was nice. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The outside was not updated and there was old furniture sitting in the grass towards the back of the property but I wasn’t staying outside so it was not a problem , just wanted to let future guest know.

Tv didn’t work. A/C took a while to cool off. Maid didn’t clean very well. We found dirty towels in the bathroom. Advertising said there was a pool and there was none. Phone in the room didn’t work. Lots of stragglers in parking lot all night long.. front desk was no help.

The room smelt of dog urine and the doors would not lock. The room had a kitchen and it was missing a sink.

Floor was completely wet and puddles of standing mop water, mud in bathtub, roaches in room, hair all in bathroom. I walked in room and slipped and fell from the wet floor, I mentioned to

Nothing Dirty

It was convenient location and the staff was professional and kind. Im from a major city so the quiet was a blessing. It was our first time in Lake Charles and they made my experience pleasant. The house keepers were so thoughtful when it came to my children. The only complaint I that I have, which is not really a deal breaker for me is the smoking. The rooms are nonsmoking but people smoke right outside their rooms which I could smell the cigarette smoke from inside my room. Other than that, I didn’t really have any major issues.

Clean nice quite Nothing

The room was spacious. Bed linen was clean. Close to places to eat. Overwhelming smell of axe body spray everytime I walked into the room,it was as if it was coming for the a/c unit. There was a used towel left on the hanger that's behind the bathroom door. Floor was not properly swept and mopped. The TV is basic cable only. The area is not the greatest and there is alot of loitering going on by homeless people. The hotel claims to be under new management and fully renovated but they are still currently undergoing renovations and failed to let me know upon check in so I was abrubtly woken up at 7am to the banging and clanging of the room next to me being renovated.

I do not have anything to say about this property because the day of my supposed stay, my room was canceled without notice. My partner arrived to check in and was only then informed our stay was canceled. They canceled our reservation without notice until arrival. I still have yet to receive a refund as well.
