The room is relaxing live the big tv , AC was leaking but they offer me to change room but I did want to , the room is big, no one bother you , free wifi , nice desk to write The room was not clean much bedding haven't been change it smell like the house keep out the same dirty sheet back on the bed where I had to go get clean was an the staff was open to it . Had scratches on the wall an mark before we came there didn't want that to go on me so took pictures ahead of time , microwave need update u have to clear it then press 1 or 3 to cook yo food because start button don't work

They will cheat you out of your deposit. The fridge was dirty, when we asked to clean it they said they didn't have time. We cleaned it ourselves. Never again will I stay there

Absolutely nothing. Leaving after the first night was the only good part. This property should be removed from Booking.com immediately. The room was infested with cockroaches that climbed on the beds. The walls had stains that looked like feces, the bathroom was covered in black mold, and the sheets were completely unwashed. The hygiene was so horrific that my wife contracted a severe fungal infection from the bathroom, requiring medical treatment. We had to flee after the first night for our own safety. The hotel staff verbally agreed to refund our $342 for the remaining unstayed nights, but now they are refusing to pay, penalizing us for leaving their uninhabitable room. Booking.com customer service has been completely unhelpful, keeping us on hold for hours and siding with the negligent hotel. Do not book this place, you will lose your money and risk your health.

The location was great . Easy accesd to the freeway. The staff overcharged me. I booked through booking .com . The room i booked came w/ early check in. But when i got to the facility i was charged another $20 in addition to what i was charged for the early check in booking. Robbery

Disgusting. Couldn't even stay here. Had to find another hotel.

The bed was so squeaky, it was very hard to sleep. The tv was not working and the staff came to fix it, but the channel wouldn’t change.
