I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed at a Best Western so wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, everything was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Friendly staff clean room There was hair on the shampoo bottle in the shower from previous guests

Disappointed that when I went to take a shower before I laid down for the night, I found that the body soap dispenser was completely empty! When I finally got to bed, I turned the covers down to find pieces of a cockroach body smack dab in the middle of the mattress. What cha gonna do at this point as it's late and I'm tired. I brushed the cockroach pieces off onto the floor and went to bed. Attention to detail!!!! No soap in the shower is huge!
