This hotel is in very poor condition. Chipped paint outside, uneven surfaces on the walkways, chipped paint and missing molding in the room. Also, no hangers and no toilet paper holder rod.

The place was not safe. People were walking around and sitting in chairs outside the hotel blocking entrance to my room. I felt unsafe and didn’t stay there. I need a refund.

Room dirty. Sheets stained. Bathroom fixtures peeling. Mild evidence of mold. Multiple varieties of live bugs.

I have no complaints. Clean room, I felt safe, I was comfortable and no signs of bedbugs ! I am very pleased and if I return to lake city I’ll stay again. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming !

It was very dirty. The carpets left my son's white socks black. The AC did not work. Overall it was very uncomfortable.

After booking and reading reviews, I did try to cancel but the property refused. I had my family with me and did not feel comfortable nor safe. Absolutely do not recommend.

It was right off the interstate on our way down to the keys. Our first stay was decent, our second stay on the way back home, not good. Our room wasn’t done, our bedding was in a pile in the corner, we had no towels and then we had a huge cockroach in our room. The building was falling apart. Upon leaving my child had a glass of their orange juice from their breakfast and spilled it in the room, so we had to go ask for a towel and cleaned it up and then they charged my card an additional fee saying we damaged/stained a towel. I’ve never had a hotel do this. We won’t be back.

Hotel was very dirty bathtub dirty broken fixtures everywhere. Staff was rude. Beds very uncomfortable and very worn out. Everything was dirty, large cracks, and door, letting bugs in. People up all night doing drugs or whatever they were doing.

It was a night mare dirty sheets. Woke up at 4 am because people were fighting outside the room. The staff at the desk would do nothing about it it will never stay at a Baymont again.

The first room had an awful smell. Everything was rusted from lamps to ironing board. The mattress was covered in stains. We changed to another room. The bathtub had hair all over it & was filthy. The bathtub was cracked. The pull out couch had a stained mattress & sheets that was waded up in the bed. The paint is chipping everywhere.
