It was everything you want when you’re passing through and need a place sleep. Super clean rooms, nice staff, safe environment. 10/10 will stay again

Clean room, nice people at the desk in AM & PM but… was no breakfast stuff set out.

The staff was very nice and accommodating I had a room that had been smoked in and they changed my room which was great and amazing because the kids were not breathing the smoke in but the room they moved me to 112 had roaches in it. I couldn’t have any food in my room at all bc the roaches would find it. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable with the roaches at night. Made me feel grossed out.

The room was clean and nice, but the air conditioner was noisy, and there was a lot of noise from outside.

When I first got to the first room on Wednesday, the room smell like cigarettes and there was cockroaches everywhere so I went down until the front desk. They moved rooms and then the second room I went to ended up having dead roaches, and then I started seeing live roaches crawl everywhere so went back down there to tell them that they moved me to a different room, but didn’t have any roaches after that I did not like the roaches and how dirty it was and being that the room smell like cigarettes and I am not a smoker. I did not like that.

The room was clean, good value for the price.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating for a room due to our bicycles. However, a very vocal next door guest led us to not stay overnight. Management apologized profusely and promptly gave a refund, which was generous as it was non-refundable upon booking. Very rare to find this excellent service at hotels anymore.

Was traveling late at night and was able to get a room! Clean and comfortable. All we needed for the night I can’t say that there was anything that I disliked about the place

Staff were very nice and the room was clean. The room had a strong smell that gave me a headache.

The pool was large and very clean. Showers were quirky but very nice with great water pressure.

The location was great, the rooms were very clean There weren't enough outlets especially around the bed for your phone charging

It was close off the highway on our travels through town. The carpet felt weird, like it was damp.

I stay here quite a bit and it’s always clean and friendly and I love it! Also the price is great!

Breakfast was a bagged muffin of premade something. With fruit available. Room was cleaned well for the first few days. Parking was ample. I arrived late, the person registering me was very nice and pleasant. The last couple days, the room didn't get cleaned, no trash removed. I had to get another soap and towels because they did nothing in the room. There was a dog barking, I went to the office to ask about it, 3 times, the girl on during the day had a crappy attitude. Acted like I was making it up. I guess after the 3rd time she call her manager as I was pretty annoyed. Odd when he got there, he found the problem and fixed it. Amazing what happens when you get up and check things.

Good option for travelers. No elevator in the building.

Clean and comfortable. We stay here often when traveling to Tampa from Tennessee to visit family.
