If you are sensitive to Road noise, this is not the room for you. You can hear all the traffic out on the street. It did not bother me, but some people have an issue with it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Convenient location. Nice to be near Starbucks and gas stations. It was loud....not very good soundproofing between rooms. Also absolutely HATE the little square pillows that seem to be in so many hotels these days.

I loved how nice the staff was, and how over the top clean everything was. As over the top clean as everything was, we get there at 11 at night and I go to open the AC cover before I read that it’s on the wall, and two roaches crawled out! It was shocking as clean as it was. Maybe some pest control would be good.

Close to interstate. Clean Do not stay here if you have to use a debit card and can’t afford to be out the price of your stay twice. Was charged through booking at exactly 4pm before we arrived on one card. When we arrived the wanted another card we were thinking for maybe a 50 dollar incidental deposit like a lot of hotels do. No. They take the stay again. They then call the first one a hold but we all know then it’s up to your bank to release that hold. If weekend could be days. When I asked about it the clerk yelled at me that we should’ve read her sign that clearly says there’s a hold for incident. Not the price of the room. She screamed “if you will LISTEN to me.” Listening to her scream in your face won’t get you your 120 back or help you get home if you are on a budget. If you can afford 240 a night just stay at the Hilton and be out 50.00. The staff is trashy and don’t tell you the whole deal when you run your card. If you already were authorized for the stay why do they need to do it again? It’s a scam and there are plenty of nicer places with better customer service that won’t break your bank on a trip with your family. I never write reviews but I don’t want this to happen to someone who may not have the extra money away from home. Even the 50 from the Hilton took 2 days to get back.

Great place for an extended stay. My wife and I were here for a week when the movers lost our household goods. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was nice and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great and close to restaurants, major freeways and everything else that Lake City has to offer.

Tub in bathroom instead of walk in shower, for older guests this can make things difficult
