Gateway Inn

Room was clean but they started ripping out the ceiling of the awning the day after I checked in and it was ONE guy with ONE hammer going at it the whole time I was there. Owners are a nice Indian couple that work hard.

Good location, great price, clean overall, friendly and helpful staff. Noisy AC, some insects.

This location was so bad we actually couldn't stay here and had to go get another hotel last minute. There was blood on the towels. They had not been washed. The blinds were all broken so you could see into the room so we had no privacy. The AC was turned off and it was hotter inside than it was outside. We were given an incorrect room and when I spoke to the manager he just went to a different room and asked us to switch. It was extremely bizarre and I requested a refund and never got it.

Nothing Dirty rooms nasty have bed bugs Don't know how to clean I sent you pictures already and you guys is only gave me $11.59 credit which I think is messed up because the rooms were so nasty I could not stay in them it's unsanitary

I can't believe that you even use these people on your website they have nasty rooms and have their bugs

Cleanliness. Smell in the lobby.

Nothing at all. The room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. The bathtub was stained, the bed sheets were dirty, and the towels had hair and stains on them. The room also appeared poorly maintained, with damaged wood around the door frame, dirty corners/baseboards. In addition, there were a lot of sketchy people around the premises smoking and hanging around outside the rooms.Overall, the property did not feel safe.

Location was good and convenient tonthe interstate. The beds were horrible with springs poking you everywhere and creaking when you moved. The shower handle fell off when you turned it on. No lamp shades on the lights. Just aficture with a light bulb. Hole in the bathroom door.

The only thing good to say is he was nice. The only thing that made us stay was that the front desk guy put us in a different room because the first room was dirty, floor was not clean, the bathroom mirror, and not to mention there was dirt on the supposedly clean sheets. Now I told him we didn't want to stay, but he did offer another room. And accommodated us with different blankets, because the original ones had stains and cig holes in it. And still we have a TV that doesn't change channels. But I guess to just sleep for the night it will do. Uggghhhh......

Quick one night stop on the way to Key West, the man at the front desk was nice and helpful. The motel seems to be in a little bit of a shady area with quite a few homeless people hanging around. But it ended up being a very quiet peaceful night no problems whatsoever. For the price, it was OK.

The staff was very helpful, and the room were clean. The Internet could have been better.

Hotel was ok for a quick layover. Amenities are very limited. There was no wastebasket or hair dryer in the room. Bed was comfortable and other than the 2 mentions above, met our needs. A wastebasket and hairdryer.

Clean, looks remodeled, great value for the price. Was pleasantly surprised. Near a hospital and interstate, a plus and minus. Noise and some traffic depending on time if day. Nighttime was quiet

Nothing Old & run down. Cockroaches in the room.

This was my third visit there. That in itself should say something about my satisfaction.
