Air conditioner was extremely loud.

Small room, but clean. Only ice was on the first floor. We like ruining the AC fan on constant but no ability to set fan or speed. Kind of disappointed for our 1st visit to Tru.

Tru by Hilton has very small rooms and paper thin walls. Also dog poop was left outside the front door. Mentioned this to the front desk, but an hour later it was still there.

Room was very clean. It was quiet despite being so close to I-75. The staff was welcoming and very friendly.

There's plenty of parking and signs saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to the vehicles parked on their property. There seemed to be confusion when my wife and I were trying to check in. We were finally given a room on the 2nd floor by the elevators. We heard a clicking noise all night long and the king size bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. Glad we brought back and body meds. Room seemed clean but floor was sticky. Breakfast was better than the Super 8 grab n go. But there's plenty of hotels in the area so we'll try another one and compare them. FYI, plenty of people walking around with cardboard signs asking for money. Also on backside of hotel is the pet walking area with signs warning about snakes and alligators .

Best stay so far ! The evening staff was kind and accommodating the breakfast was great had wonderful choices and the parking was good for truck and trailer.

Very strong air freshener smell in rooms. Pancakes were the only good tasting item for breakfast

No room coffee maker No face soap only hand soap by the basin Shampoo, etc. in the shower was in hard plastic containers that required squeezing and as a senior with a lessened grip, I found it difficult to use these containers. Otherwise , it was OK for a one night stay.

My only concern was dogs in the dining area where open food is served. Everything else was exceptional for our two night stay.
