The first room was dirty. The second room air conditioner was leaking.

Amazing stay. Hotel and room was very clean. Also, shout out to Veronica at the front desk was went above and beyond for us. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite.

Everything was wonderful except they charged me twice for my dog and they said that an emotional support dog is not considered a service dog to my plate. I don’t feel that is fair to me or my dog. I don’t know anywhere without my dog.

Ice machine out of order. Had to change room because first one was not cleaned. Breakfast was just ok,coffee was empty when we got there and eggs were bottom of the pan with a little bit of water in it

The room was very clean and each staff person was very helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We have stayed at this Tru before while traveling. Right off of I75. Staff is welcoming. Desiree checked us in and she couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. If you are a light sleeper you might want to ask to be on the backside of the building due to some interstate noise at night.

It was convenient. Perfect for an overnight stay. Hotel is basic, but met our needs at a reasonable price.

Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good 😊
