Hampton Inn gave my room away by 6:30pm even though check in starts at 4pm and ends at midnight. I was paying for my stay upon arrival. Confirmation for over 2 months. Expedia still asking how my check in and experience at stay was. Left me stranded on holiday weekend with kids in car.

Tour room looked renovated, spacious and very clean. The staff was welcoming; the breakfast was very decent. The lobby, dining area, the pool, as well as the gym were well-kept. The added touch was the fire pit setting and grills in the back. Very cozy and quiet, and within short distance of all the fun and the outlets

The rooms were super clean, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was always stocked. We have stayed there 3 times now and will continue going forward.

Love that the property is set back from the road and backs up to the woods. Very quiet.

I expected a separate room since it was a suite, but it was very large and worked well. We had a small dog and we were close to the stairs which worked out great.

Your service booked me into a bad room. It was a handicapped room in a bad location right next to the elevator. Thankfully the staff gave me a better room. The property & staff are fine. Won't use booking com again. The property doesn't get good television service. Doesn't even get the regular Fox channel that broadcasts significant sports events.

Our room was fantastic, very spacious, clean. Loved the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor patio with fire pit. It was a very relaxing time. The bed could have been a little more soft or it could be I just love my own bed!

Was better last year and went downhill quick. The tub sounded like you were about to fall through it, the water pressure sucked, the tv and WiFi kept going out
