The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the indoor and outdoor pools were very pleasant; however, I think the breakfasts need improvement. There was plenty of parking space.

I am a light sleeper, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was given that the hotel was full. The sheets/bedding/pillows were also nicer than I expected. The room itself was large and had a refrigerator, which was nice. The daily breakfast was standard - eggs, bacon waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, tea, coffee, juice. It wasn't great, but it worked. We stayed here while attending the Ohana festival at the Tiki conference center, and it was about a 10 minute walk each way between the resorts. The brewery is also within walking distance. It's about a 15 minute walk. There were sidewalks on both sides of the road as well as several pedestrian crossings, where a trolley stops periodically going to central/downtown Lake George. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and outside there were tables with umbrellas next to the pool. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed 3 nights in June 2026. Was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, both pools, hot tub, and location to Lake George Village and beaches. The king size room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had hot and cold options and replenished often. We really enjoyed our stay.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had good variety. The location was great. It’s a nice walk into the village. The bathroom door needed to be greased. It was extremely loud when opening/closing.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff knowledgeable and breakfast offered a variety of food and beverages.

Food was fine and the location was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didn't like was having to drive to town because it was too far to walk.

Very nice place, I just would like a better equipped gym, other than that I'll highly recommend it.

Keep having problems with the keys constantly not working I had to go to the front desk to fix it

Location First they couldn't find my reservation and then it was for a single king bed and I made the reservation for 2 queens. They had no rooms to swap me out. Luckily a single guest came in that had a reservation for 2 queen beds and we were able to swap....otherwise I would not have a room that worked
