Found a dirty rag in my shower upon check in, hotel smelled badly, no indoor pool as advertised

The person in the front desk is to slow and they need another person in front desk really don’t explain everything have the people waiting for 15 min said check in is at 4 pm and Expedia said at 3pm Pete is a good person he explain everything beside everything I give it a 5/10

Dirty. Cigarette burns in the blanket and discolored towels.

The towels must have been used for over a decade. It’s also important to align the color temperature of the lights; no one likes bright daylight in their bedroom.

This hotel is NOT clean!

We went to check in at .5:30 and they didn’t have the room together. The attendant was very helpful and move thing around and got us the rooms together, but only one was available. The other was being cleaned. Also, the towels were yellow from overused. It was disgusting. We also had a broken towel rack. We paid $308 for the second room and we expected better. It wasn’t the attendant at front desk fault, it was poor management. They had one person cleaning the rooms which wasn’t enough. There was a large party also waiting for their rooms. They were very upset that at 5:30pm their rooms were not available. I will never stay here again. We deserve a reduction in the rate they charged us.

The water in the faucet was yellow and the towels were tainted yellow.

Withheld $100 fee that has yet to be refunded to me. I shouldn’t have to call a second time for the refund. Which puts me in the position to have the cost of my stay cancelled via my credit card.

Stayed here for Americade Rally. Rm341. Towels had stains, some outlets didn’t work. Pete at the front desk was great. Breakfast very limited options, disappointing. Will stay some place else next time.

Price and location Breakfast, Building, blanket etc. Too much noisy neighbors late night. Walls shake when someone closes door.
